You look fantastic as ever. You have been there from the beginning—helpful, supportive, and kind. It brings a tear to my eye to see how your journey has led you to a place where you seem to be happy and totally comfortable with who you are. You are an inspiration not only for your growth but as a person.
Kisses,

As for my goals, I want to develop breasts that are proportional to my frame and a more female figure (a bigger, rounder behind, hips, softer skin, ect). From there, I'll see where this journey goes...
Apropos, I already commented on your pictures but I hope to develop as nicely as you have and I apologize in advance if I ask stupid questions that have probably been asked hundreds of other times here.
It's cool, btw thanks for your lovely comment, ...

For the most part I'd say you've at least achieved you're original goal of:
"to develop breasts that are proportional to my frame and a more female figure (a bigger, rounder behind, hips, softer skin, ect)."
Just my opinion

A little about me: I am a genetic 135lbs, 27 year old male that is as flat as an ironing board. I have joined because I want to look as feminine as I feel inside.
I look forward to getting to know many of you and sharing my journey so others like me can see that it is possible.
Valoir la peine, Ça vaut la peine!
¡what pair of breasts, it's is impressive! Very jealous of you Lotus, congratulations for your success.
I have read all pages of this thread searching some info and i am doing:
Morning: Green tea + reishi (3g) and 15 minutes before the mixed tea: 1 RC + 1 NR + 1 DIM + 1 MSM + 2 FG
Afternoon: 2 FG and thermogenesis (massage with olive oil and aloe vera) 100 outward rotation of chi massage, then i cool my breasts with pads for 3 minutes, then 130 rotations ( warming my breasts), cool again with other pair of pads and another 130 rotations.
4 days a week i am doing this, the rest of days i do the same but with PC.
Evening: 1 RC + 1 NR + 1 DIM + 2 FG + 1 Gaba + 1 Paba
And one hour before go to sleep: 1 MSM + 1 D3 + 1 Melatonine gum (2,5 g)
This is my plan, i started one week ago and i would like to see some growth at least before three months.
I'll follow you reading your posts behing the dark xD
Happy New year to all of you!
Thank you very much for the advice Lotus, i will add more protein to my diet like when i did TigerLilly's program along 6 months two years ago.
Hello Lotus,
Given my huge testosterone levels from my last scan, I did a little research on testosterone boosters, here are a few paragraphs of what I found.
4. GET ENOUGH PROTEIN
You already know that you need protein to build muscle mass, but did you know that eating it increases testosterone levels in the body?
Scientific research on the subject has shown that a diet higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates has a positive effect on the liver, kidneys, and testosterone levels.
In addition to protein supplements, focus your diet around animal proteins such as dairy, eggs, chicken and fish.
So my diet with lots of meat and eggs in the morning is not recommended to reduce testosterone.
5. EAT VEGETABLES!
Vegetables are crucial for optimal health and muscle growth. Some vegetables are even known to boost testosterone levels: broccoli, Brussels sprouts and watercress. This is due to the phytonutrients they contain, which reduce the formation of estrogen (female hormones).
So my diet with lots of vegetables (broccoli) is not recommended to reduce testosterone.
8. STOCK UP ON VITAMIN D!
Vitamin D is essential for bone capital and immunity. What we know less is that it is a very effective natural testosterone booster. According to studies conducted over 12 months, supplementation with 5µg of vitamin D3 per day increased participants' testosterone levels by more than 25%. In the elderly, vitamin D helps maintain higher levels, increasing their tone and preserving muscle mass.
So taking vitamin D as a supplement is not advised to reduce testosterone.
Well, thank you for giving us your analysis of this.
Maybe my diet is doing worse than better.
Also because I don't take anti-androgens.
Here and I'm not going to get better.

Thank you, Lotus, for reminding about these important matters regarding D3 and DHT.
I would just add my conclusions after studying a lot various research articles about vitamin D3: The generally recommended 600-800 IU (10-15 micrograms) is really low. It is usually sufficient for utilization of calcium. However, for maximum benefits it is too low, and that 4000 IU / 100 ug is in my opinion a good amount, and not at all too much or maximum. In any case, if wanting to go over that amount, or being just a bit worried, I would recommend discussions with a doctor and checking blood cholecalciferol level. For immunosystem to work well and for general well-being it should be >30 ng/ml (Others say > 75 nmol/l), while some researchers propose even higher levels. I would opt to that 4000 IU/100 ug daily intake. It is far, far below any known "overdose" limit for normal people.
Then back to this site's main theme: Because it is advantageous also for feminization / breast development, all the better!
Hugs,
Teddy
As I take Hops 8pn for NBE, and I do a lot of reading, I wanted to point something out that I found in an article since there is discussion about bone loss.
8-Prenylnaringenin, which is the extract from hops can prevent osteoporosis and bone loss.
Quote from article:
"
5. Prevention of Osteoporosis
Because osteoporosis is another unfavorable condition associated with menopause, the potential of 8-PN to prevent the loss of bone mass has been assessed [64,65]. In contrast to most other phytoestrogens that have been investigated for the treatment of menopause-related osteoporosis with disappointing results, 8-PN showed more favorable outcomes due to its preferential binding to ERα, which is predominant in bone tissue [66]. So far, the potential of 8-PN to prevent osteoporosis has been assessed using in vitro and in vivo models, but unfortunately, no clinical trials in humans have yet been conducted."

Wow! Thank you for finding this!
Hops may be good thing for me (I like beer and want boobs
) but also for my wife who is in menopause (and likes beer, too
).
Well, I guess drinking lot of beer isn't the best way. However I will investigate now hops supplements!
