The progress with the DHEA+P4 along with the Bi-Est  and others seems quite impressive. And I am quite happy that y'all have had such progress! I seem to remember posts about tanner stage requirements for optimal results though, but I do not recall where.

With this being the apparent game changing process it sounds like, my question above is most likely irrelevant.

Very interesting the information about dhea, i have pills of dhea but not topical so i will buy a pair of cream jar.
I am doing BO since February of this year , but i began with 80mg (now 1000 mg per day) and other pills (pituitary, kelp, borage oil, green tea...). And Bi estro body cream since one week.
When i was younger (27) i had a good pair of breast because i was taking hormones since 21. But i did surgery (the most stupid thing that i have done in my life ) and i lost my beauty breasts (i do not have photos of them but i was a C cup probably, difficult to hide boobs).
Probably if i want to have breast again, 44 years old, i have to pass by operating room but i am going to try at least BO until next year. 

Also i want to say one more thing, i ring my nipples two weeks ago and it was incredible, more feeling to the touch and bigger nipples. But... they were of metal and i could not to take off the next day, so i suffered pain all days (except in bed, little pain) and sometimes it was a really torture. Since 5 days i have not pain and yesterday i achieved to take off the rings without lubricant (removing some scabs around my nipples) and i have a deep cut in the base of my right nipple , so please, do not try this beause it is painful and very dangerous. I bought the rings in aliexpress (1.4mm) but they sent 1.0 mm , and i have suffered the consequences.

Hello all. My 1st post in this section. I just started red reishi pills  1 a day 500 mg nothing else. I have been taking fengreek 4 a day for over a yr and have taken saw palmetto 320 mg 1 a day and black cohosh  40 mg 2 a day. I just found out red reishi can cause baldness. Has you experience this? Hair is receding and hate this, I have developed some from fenugreek. Will progesterone cream help me? Also dont really want to shrink lose my erections

Thank you to everyone offering love and support, I can't say enough how that helps me.   

* I was talking about a topical application of DHEA I introduced years ago in a previous post. I thought I should revisit the idea again but add other things, and here's how it went.

* I've long suspected a topical breast protocol would work better than conventional administration of oral, intramuscular/subQ injections, liquid/buccal routes and lastly "rectally.

* This is what I initially did: I'd take P4(progesterone capsules @ pharmacy) broke open over the breasts & applied at bedtime for 30 days. The creamy liquid inside the capsule is thick so it needs help being spread over the breasts…I use an unscented lotion with MSM & Aloe Vera extract to spread the P4.

* I’m looking for a fast acting carrier (w/fast drying) that's not sticky (or leaves breasts feeling flaky…personal lubricant does this) to spread the topicals evenly.

* The next step (month 2) is to use the DHEA cream (can be sourced cheaper on eBay) with the P4. This helps the P4 cream spread, but I used the P4 capsule for about a month before I added DHEA. I've made previous posts of DHEA cream (recently) to help understand why DHEA helps with breast growth, but will follow up with additional research and information.

* In the 3rd month I introduced E2, now you can use Biolabs E1/E2, which i did, but I've also experimented using IM/E2 (yes, the E2 in the vial) drawing 
.03ml and splitting the dosage over each breast. The E2 concentration is thick too, though using my lotion spreads the E2 evenly.

* And now, I've tried Estrogel, which is easier to use compared to the latter method above. 
 I only use a small pump for each breast, it’s slightly thick and needs help spreading out too. 

* And finally, I’m going to be adding an anti-androgen based cream…my choice is "green tea extract w/EGCG". looks promising at this point, I’ll be ordering some soon to try it out. And the reason for an AA cream is that the breasts have androgen receptors, between 45% to 60%.

P4+DHEA+E2+AA.

* Can an herbal formula (preparation) work? I think so, though you’d have to increase the amount of PC (progesterone cream). I’ll be posting this information soon, but theneed todd, e.g. Additionally, some skin/transdermal escapes into systemic circulation, and for that reason the additional AA is needed, especially if any P4 (or even PC) can activate the alternate or “backdoor” pathway to DHT. Which can be described like this shorten version of: P4→3α-diol→DHT

* And like when should I start this? (e.g.) before or after I "bud" …it will be the latter tbh. 

* I'll give my alternate options for the topicals too. 

* I will close by saying this "topical protocol" adds ductal, side branching growth. Your evidence of growth will happen in the second month, but with how individual metabolism is it can go +/-

* As for myself? my Leukemia is worse than originally thought. My oncologist determined I'm in the accelerated phase of "Chronic Myeloid Leukemia". The doctor explains I have less than two to live because the CML went undetected/untreated for at least 3-4 years. So, I'll be taking a drug that will offer me more time hopefully. The original life saving drug the doctor wanted me on is called "Bosutinib" it's a 2nd generation Leukemia chemo drug…but the insurance denied it (I'm sure it's because of the price…20k per 30 day supply. Instead they approved a generic 1st generation generic…lol, and it has some life threatening iterations, they all do I guess. I'll be on this type of medication for however long I have left.

* I'll be monitored weekly with lab tests to see if the medication is working, and if it doesn't? We discuss a new game plan. All I can tell you is that CML symptoms are no joke for me. I'll post another update when appropriate. 

* I don't know why this thought came to mind when I received the dismal new…but y'all remember that famous line in the movie "Shawshank Redemption" it's uttered more than once but Stephen King wrote it as: 

"You can get busy living, or get busy dying"... lol I choose the former. 

We're all rooting for your survival, Lotus. If worse comes to worst we'll try to get on without you here, but it's hard when you're the boiler of this forum: even if we don't see you that often you keep this whole place alive and cozy. I don't know if this server could crowdfund 20K but I think many of us can't bear not to try to help.
