I think the one size less than thing isn't really true. I think if I haven't already, I'm right now surpassing my mother by breast volume. There seems to be a plethora of myths about HRT and how trans women develop breasts in general. One size less than closest relative, mythical trans woman A cup and so on. You're going to be surpassing your sister in no time. Race to GG's? Its not even that far really.
Yea there's a whole lot to it. No blocker messing things up, no extra T floating around no matter what, possible break from HRT completely.
Oh and what about possible growth from lactation? Where there's will, there's a way. I need to start to look into where to source Domperidone when its timely. I think OElabs are stocking it if I'm not mistaken. Ability to order from EU is really nice, I hope they stay in business.

fg is also used for increasing milk flow for breastfeeding .
ideally soak 2 teaspoon fg seeds min 8 hrs than consume water and seeds , twice a day .
sprouted fg are more effective

I will steer clear of fenugreek btw... I can't stand the stink and I avoid phytoestrogens these days. About seeds and stuff, no idea as I've only tried the powder.
Domperidone in conjunction with cypro which I'm already on is known to work to induce lactation. Especially along with pumping and causing E and PG crash. This wont be timely for quite a while. I'm planning to wait until fast breast growth is done and I'm matured enough before attempting lactation.

Yeah its all hearsay and in the end it just all hurts people and thats a shame cause there is far more potential and far too many regimes, aka wpath, low e doses and no progesterone. Racing to my GG lets go!
Yup thats what I think the long break sorta resets everything at once, though very tough especially on the mind....
Domperidone is really interesting... I think if I can't develop T5 within the usual time frame I may give it ago but my prolactin is already pretty darn high

Awwwh. <3 Thanks Jo. ^_^ Yes, she's been generous lately.
This stuff sure takes time, I'm now about 6 + 15½ months in, that first six months approximately from breast budding until the end of my herbal program and the rest on HRT. Right now in early Tanner 4 and my development has been quite fast but not out of the ordinary by how the development phases have been like. I know a whole bunch who took much longer to get to this phase, some took a long time to push through T3 and so on.
Lets see when its time for the next picture update, I'm measuring tomorrow as I'm hitting 15½ months, maybe I will update tomorrow.
