Ok, where do I even begin to unload this? There's just too much and I keep forgetting things... My head is spinning and I'm feeling unreal, like its a dream I don't want to wake up from. I just came back from the surgery consultation and it was very much a success. I got really good impression of my surgeon. To the point, take no shit approach with facts and going through everything in minute detail, leaving nothing uncertain.
So, the op will be split in two parts. First round on February sixth, second six months after. On first round we my flanks, reducing belly fat volume and fat graft to boobs. Flanks first because its a BIG operation, he said the biggest piece of the entire puzzle as I'm carrying hefty amount of fat around there. First fat graft will total to around 600ccs, donor sites weren't dealt about yet. He said he can't exactly quote how much fat will go, but many litres, A LOT like no kidding. Then I heal for six month, post op check at three.
Then during summer we do second round, possible fixes to flanks, tummy, entire back and love handles and second fat graft to boobs, another 600ccs. This one will make me shake even more fat, but likely somewhat less than the first round. Some weight loss will make the op easier and results better, so he adviced to slim down if possible. Fat grafts split in two will ensure easier healing and assessment of situation before finishing it. Emphasis on cleavage area and some below, but underboob area tends to fix itself with simply adding more volume.
He said this will leave me open for more fat grafts or implants in the future if I wish so. He also agreed on my idea about going for very accentuated hourglass figure as ladies my height and stature benefit the most from it. It seems I had the same idea that he said to look the best. He also complimented my figure, said that this will definitely work out with not much more than digging out my natural shape. And he asked who operated my boobs or are they "home grown". That was such a compliment coming from an experienced surgeon. He said I will benefit a lot from just adding volume and fullness to the middle and noted how my shape is really pretty on the outer side. No shit as they're wide with lot of side fullness. But heck that felt so good to have a professional compliment me like that. It seems this guys bio was spot on as he was really charming, professional and obviously has a passion for his job which goes further than paycheck. I feel that I'm in good hands.
Both ops will be done under local anesthetic and I will be quite heavily medicated = read, drunk from awesome legal drugs. xD Its fine, its not much different than my carpal tunnel surgeries, just bigger area being messed with. Doing it will require some arranging, I'll use the opportunity to go see my cousin and dad and then just get a taxi or something as the first one is nine in the morning. Then my gf will come to pick me up once I'm ready to go home.
Oh yea, I need to stop omega3 now as that can elevate risk of bleeding and fluid retention stuff so that's off the table for now. Seven weeks to go.
