Yes, very normal. Read stuff about breastfeeding and you'll find a whole lot on nipples getting blisters from either baby suckling or pump. Not everybody has naturally crazy strong skin like rubber and mine is like extra sensitive. The best advice was exactly how I've dealt with it now twice, moisturise, free boobs so plenty of air, keep clean and keep on going. I had this on my right nipple soon after starting and now second time after upgrading to 21mm flanges on the cups. The best remedy is building a tolerance and keep it so that the skin wont dry and thus break.

Looks like you got it all figured out .
wont be long before you milk 250ml per session
For now yes, the problem is that my supply hasn't really increased for a while, but right now I'm having such obvious high prolactin symptoms, its quite promising. Also gf keeps on commenting about my boobs looking so big and they feel like there's a whole lot going on right now. IF my supply wont increase soon, I would be very surprised. Also I'm pushing in record hours on the pump too, trying to get the most out of this. Got to keep on hammering when the iron is hot. Big Grin
Day 828

Digestion issue was obviously caused by the lactation tea. I've been two days without and everything is back to normal. So I guess a slower approach to it is the way to go so I don't mess myself up completely.

Something awesome happening right now I wanted to update about, yesterday and last night I had the most intense aches I've had so far. My nipples just stay erect and bigger than ever seemingly 24/7 now. Its becoming clear that pushing the dosages on the herbs and doing record hours on the pump (Six to seven and half hours a day.) are helping a lot, this morning was very milky, I had to empty my girls right away before getting washed and ready for the day and my supply is increasing. As I guessed, it seems that I just have to go on bit higher doses and keep pumping religiously. Also my gf picked some non alcoholic beers for me to try out as I love beer and hops appear to be helpful, but obviously drinking alcohol too often isn't something to do. I don't want to make my liver explode no matter how much I love beer. We found some nice alternatives for the usual ones, one Italian and other one German beer. Obviously I eat my oatmeals daily, adding some of the non alcoholic beer could be a nice thing to look into. I have already noted hoppy beer being good for milk supply.

Here's what I'm doing right now, I'll highlight the changes I made.

HRT:
3,2mg/0,09ml EV at 40mg/10ml biweekly.
50mcg EV patch biweekly between injections.
200mg Progesterone boofed before sleep
12,5mg cyproterone acetate daily.

NBE:
Morning:
L-tyrosine 2x500mg (soon switching to 750mg for ease as NOW foods makes those too.)
Multivitamin 1x
Calcium & magnesium 400mg & 175mg
Swanson bovine ovary 2x250mg
Biotin 12000iu
Blessed thistle 2x400mg
Goat's rue 1x525mg
Panax Ginseng 1x500mg

Afternoon:
Calcium & magnesium 400mg & 175mg
Swanson bovine ovary 2x250mg
Blessed thistle 2x400mg
Shatavari extract 1x250mg
Moringa 1x5000mg (50:1 extract.)
Goat's rue 1x525mg
GABA 750mg
Panax Ginseng 1x500mg

Evening:
Topically directly on boobs:
DHEA cream 30mg
Progesterone cream 40mg
estrogel 1mg
Swanson bovine ovary 2x250mg
Blessed thistle 2x400mg
Shatavari extract 1x250mg
Moringa 1x5000mg (50:1 extract.)
Goat's rue 1x525mg
Vitamin A 10000iu
VItamin D3 10000iu
GABA 1500mg
Panax Ginseng 2x500mg

So I upped my EV dose by a tiny bit and started taking additional shatavari and moringa before sleep and third goat's rue at afternoon. Pushing in 45 hours of pumping into past seven days has obviously helped a lot too. Really thankful for having so much free time and the pump being so small I can move around and do other stuff at the same time. I'm so much loving this experiment so far, so much fun. Big Grin Takes effort though, I have no idea how much work it will be to get to full potential on this, it seems like its a slow but busy climb up the mommy milker hill.
Asking from curiosity , you pumping 6-7.5 hrs daily

What intervals do you keep and time for each pumping duration !

I am trying to compare durations and times breast feeding women do
Yes, last bit over  a week has been very busy. 45 minutes per session as that's a preset in my pump so I don't need to bother stopping it as it does it on its own. As for intervals I don't know how many minutes in between? Maybe half an hour? Usually depends on what I'm doing and when the pump has charged again. On a phone charger its really quick.

Btw, milk supply keeps on going up, I went to wash when I got up, emptied my boobs and milked lot of squirts from left, stream of droplets from right so definitely more than yesterday which was more than day before yesterday. Its climbing so I presume I'm quite close to good doses on herbs and with the amount of pumping sessions. Its a lot, but I want to keep it up the best I can for now to boost the supply.
I was thinking that intervals between pumping
Would have around minimum 3 hrs .
As that is typical baby feed periods .
What are your thoughts on that .

I don't know what is best, except for my reasoning of pushing in a lot of hours. I want to push in a lot of hours for now to keep the stimulation going now as my milk supply keeps growing. And I want to push for as much nipple development as I can. I'm hoping to at some point, get to a point where I can pump more in a way of maintaining the supply and for that every few hours would likely work the best. Right now I just want to keep pushing it as much as I can as this is very obviously working for both milk supply and nipple development. And for now, I have a lot of free time so why not. Smile

I'm not following some protocol strictly with the pump, I'm just doing what works. Speaking of which, my milk supply is going way higher than before. My breasts have not dried during the morning at all, I've had to empty them few times and also empty the cups after pumping each time again. Also the usual high prolactin symptoms keep on persisting. Its a bit annoying but knowing what does it, I'll take it. Part of the deal for me as I'm so sensitive to hormone balance changes. Mood swings and dull headache isn't nice though.
Your dedication is unparalleled.

Yes, gene lottery is obviously a piece of the puzzle, at least it certainly helps. This btw, is why I went so full into the high prolactin route to see how it works as my family ladies have never had issues breast feeding and few have also grown from it a lot. This along with finding out that my prolactin levels go sky high very easily with even mild supplementation pushed me to try this out and does it work like magic!

So three observations, my prolactin level shoots high very easily so I likely have some kind of natural sensitivity to it. Lactation starts on lower than normal levels required for it. High prolactin appears to promote me developing a lot of breast fat which is good for local estrogen levels which in turn helps building breast tissue... You can easily see how there could be a feedbackloop here which only needs to be fed with correct supplements to keep it going and as it goes, higher fat % = higher local estrogens = more breast tissue = more spots for fat cells to grow onto and high prolactin will keep making more breast fat. Wink The topical "boob HRT" program plays right into this too.

I believe that we can play the genetics to an extent, help out natural tendency to grow boobs or boost our chances when genetics are missing a piece. Human body is amazingly malleable in many ways. ^_^

Awww, yes I try to be just that. When ever my bad sides don't override the nice ones. Blush
