Oxytocin rush much? Omg I love this pump. First session done, left boob was dry (its always less active) and right one gave some very white milky droplets. The suction feels extremely nice and comfortable, its not harsh at all, the cups make spot on perfect seal, with a tiny drop of lotion it would be even better. Now charging the pump for another session.

I didn't expect the pump on its own to draw any droplets at all as I've been rather dry lately. I can get droplets out any time but it requires some milking, the pumps are way more gentle so this was a nice surprise. I have no idea how much this will stimulate prolactin, but its rated hospital grade and has great reviews. Elvie Stride Double if you're interested in finding out.

I should really try to make this into a routine, so relaxing and cheered me up so much so easy. Hug
Breast pumps are designed to be gentle on the suction but strong enough to pump the milk out of the breasts.  I've tried one when my daughter lived with me and was pumping out her milk.  I agree it does have a relaxing effect.  I think you may have found a solution.
Another four day difference. Big Grin Timeline pics are scaled using the three moles on my chests again, its not perfect as camera angle is slightly off. I'll try to get better pics for updating the long term timeline in two days.... So close to 26 month mark now.

Yes its lovely. Somehow this expensive pump has way more gentle feeling than the cheap one. But also stronger. I just started second session for the day and I think my sensitivity is already up as it feels way more right at the start. I'm wearing a sports bra to keep the cups in place, this is really comfy. EDIT:
Ok now its my left breast letting droplets. Very thick milky too. ^_^ I didn't expect this as I've been quite dry lately, I guess being on the edge is enough once stimulation is intorduced. I love this pump already.

I'm two days shy of 26 month mark but I couldn't resist the temptation of updating my timeline. Big Grin First the third year.

And then from 23 months to today by fifteen day increments... This one is very telling as it tracks both BO and topical program in more detail.

Second day using the lactation pump and I'm in love with this device. Its so much fun and relaxing. I'm doing my third session of the day right now which puts me to two hours and fifteen minutes. I will do one or two sessions more. Its really surprising how powerful this thing is, I'm starting to understand what "hospital grade" means with these things. Its extracting some droplets on every session and I'm not doing anything extra to boost my prolactin at the moment except for taking a third GABA capsule at daytime.

This is very useful experiment for now as I'm done with vacuum pumping and will have a lot of time for this. I'm going to find out exactly how powerful this device is on its own without extensive lactation program at the same time. Good to figure it out now as I want to be prepared well once I get into it. Prolactin boosting herbal program I have in mind will include Goats Rue, Shatavari, Moringa, Blessed thistle, Alfalfa, GABA and lot of oats and pumping. I'm yet to figure out dosages.

No idea how much does the pump stimulate prolactin but it feels very promising so far. I seem to exhibit some signs of that already, I tend to get mild headaches and feel easily emotional and mostly on a rather cheery mood when ever I'm close to lactating. Blush

Here's a pic after third session. Blush

Hi Lara,

I devoured your thread over the last couple of days like a novel. So much so in fact, my account got temporarily banned yesterday as I probably ran in some bot detection thing after having read dozens of pages Big Grin

Besides congratulating to your simply amazing achievements and the discipline it takes to reach them, I simply wanted to say thank you for sharing your journey. Not only for the wealth of knowledge it creates re NBE/HRT. But also for telling your whole story, the good the bad and the ugly. It takes a lot of courage to be as open as you are and I applaud you for it. You’ve given me a lot to think about, thank you so much!

Aww thank you Sofiee, what a heart warming post. Hug Heart

Its kinda funny thing about discipline, I have such messed up ADHD mind that I have very difficult time building routines and making them last for years and keeping at it. Before transition and this boob journey, only my music and art were the kind of things that I just kept going with. But this need to fix my body is endlessly burning motivation, my dysphoria is such a demon that I must keep exorcising it to the best of my ability.

I might be even naively open about my life, but BN forum keeps on being kind of a special place, trans communities mostly aren't as friendly because I kinda tend not to fit in anywhere... I'm a total boob growth geek and kinda wish I had more of a scientist in me as its so interesting. And I don't have any other place to blog my transition either. When I was starting out I thought if I should start one, but then it was obvious that my threads here on BN serve that purpose too.

What comes to HRT & NBE knowledge, I'm kind of ecclectic collector of information, I have some awesome friends who have been extremely helpful with it all and then I've just done a lot of digging all over the internet for this stuff. Then slap everything to the wall and see what sticks. Big Grin Oh and there will be more. Right now I have two new things planned out, one is the night time HGH release thing and other a herbal lactation program. These will be a thing for next year I think. For now, its all about the current sorcery which appears to be working like a charm.

Not surprisingly right after a pumping session. Big Grin The lactation pump is really awesome little trinket. The other one never pulled droplets like this one does.
