Definitely a big change. DHEA + P4 works! That combo 100% has helped my tuberous breast fill-out on top. I'm going to also give credit to GABA, Goat's Rue & L-Tyrosine, but those topicals get most of the credit.
MaleSise if I may .... The only brand I've found here in the US is BioLabs. You'll find it for half the cost on eBay vs Amazon. FYI.

I was supposed to take time off and not update with pictures so soon as I wanted to surprise everybody with amazing results, but it seems that I'm getting to give you an update right now. I took some "boring" pictures for my timeline and got a big surprise. Firstly, the camera on my new phone is amazingly good. The way it handles lighting and how it has near zero lens distorsion is awesome. It seems that the reviews for it having an exellent camera were correct. As I'm formally trailed on photography and photoshop, if I put in the effort, this little device will give me a lot of fun taking pretty photos. Usually I don't bother much with it, just snap away and do colour correction, lighting and sharpness and that's it. Timeline photos I'm more careful with to make them as consistent and comparable as I can and this is what I want to show you. I snapped a new one twenty days past the 24 month photo so this isn't even a full month yet. Also worth noting is that I'm now three days off noogling as I want the edge marks to heal and just let my girls have a little rest.
The big surprise is what the latest NBE stuff is doing! Lotus and Stevenator have hit a jackpot with the idea of DHEA & progesterone cream topically on breasts because this is mind blowing! I'm only ONE WEEK in with it and my boobs have grown in length, visibly! Its likely playing well along higher dose of bovine ovary as well because BO is notoriously good on growing projection. I'm really pleassantly surprised to see a visible difference so quickly! Oh what would I do without the greak friends and science geeks who dig up this craziness. 
I'm also on blessed thistle now and that is the only prolactin booster along with GABA (and to an excent, cypro) that I'm on right now, yesterday I got a flow of droplets show up and I haven't even been pumping or massaging much as I've been busy having good time with my girlfriend. (Bless her, she's awesome! She had bought me some new clothes, really cute animal print leggins which look great, several tops and panties and what else, gosh I love this lady for treating me like a princess.) Oh and I finished th estriol cream a week ago, I had a month on it and I can say that stuff also works like a charm, my nipples have grown since, but it seems that DHEA cream is doing the sam job even better by boosting local estrogen levels. (The study on this suggested this and it seems it is correct.)
So here's pictures, I'm adding a selfie here which I think is cute, better cam, taken from mirror. This is what I actually look like. 
And then "boring" boob picture, they're so much heavier and longer now in such short time its crazy. And then showing my rear, I'm getting thicker.
I can vouch for for excellent photos. Looking amazing

I guess its technically a bit like that as it seems very evident that I'm intersex, too many things add up with it, I should dig into it deeper and read more as I have some traits which match with more than one condition. Getting it investigated would be awesome but that's a thing for the future.
It has definitely been amazing adventure with entire transition and especially growing lovely big titties. I'm so grateful for bunch of friends who have literally enabled me, either with knowledge (Lotus, Melissa etc.) or with financial help or otherwise, like my girlfriend, Maya, Oki, Shiraz and so on. I kinda feel I have just got started, so much is yet to happen. ^_^
DHEA from Biovea
This is the DHEA cream I got, I bought two in one go so that should be enough for four months on 15mg daily dose. I guess that says it, once a day before sleep. I use it along with progesterone cream which is also Biovea brand, can be found from their shop too. So 15mg DHEA cream, 20mg P4 cream a day, before sleep roughly one pump split and applied directly on the entire breast. I wouldn't do higher doses than this so play safe as it appears to work nicely.

Yes, the pictures are only twenty days apart so that is not the final 25th month picture. Its amazing, with some luck the actual one will have even bigger change as things have happened in the last WEEK alone.

Its amazing! I'm noticing a difference in one week, my gf also noted that my breasts have grown much longer in very short time. This is definitely something to keep going for a while. You're right on that, GABA and L-tyrosine have both been very helpful, not only with boobs but energy levels, quality of sleep, alertness and over all mood. With these I think moderation is key, especially GABA should not be overdone as it can have nasty side effects on too high doses. Goat's rue I'm yet to try on its own (=in an effective way.) but I can definitely advocate blessed thistle for being amazing! I'm very close on lactating again and that is the only specific lactation aid I'm taking at the moment.
I'm actually planning to try a more effective lactation regimen using several of these herbal supplements along with lot of pumping + massage together at some point. I'm thinking og Goat's rue, Blessed thistle, eating plenty of oats and then there were some others, these on higher doses together. This is something I want to do at some point once I have figured out the combination and doses to try. I know I can get milk flowing quite easily but how to get it to full production is still something to figure out. I don't want to touch domperidone as its quite strong drug with some possible side effects I want to avoid.
