Yea Clara I have a good stockpile (6 months supply minimum) of everything I NEED I did not get that script filled but I did get the E and spiro of course.... Im just about exhausted from dealing with all this for today but I will call them next week looking for a generic alternative...

Because of my age, I'm expecting to be prescribed the trans-dermal patch form of estrogen delivery because a friend my age who goes to the same clinic was put on the patch. We'll see.

Yes it's NOT easy but there's NO going back for me now... Id rather be DEAD...

Anyway here's the results....

T is at 25ng/dl out of a normal female range of 8-48... Could be a bit lower (hate the stuff) but not bad

LH is cratered at 1.2

Prolactin is 11.3, normal range 4.8-23.3...

E was surprisingly right there at 128pg/ml...

Adult female normal range is;

Follicular phase 12.5-166
Ovulation phase 85.8-498
Luteal phase 43-211

EVERYTHING else, liver panel and electrolytes was perfect too, I guess Im either very good or very lucky being my own doc!!!
Ive read most endo's want it in the female range in the Luteal phase but I could be wrong on that, gotta confirm it... Either way its right there from everything Ive read and thats surprising to me considering everything Ive been taking....

My doctor who I Love said My Estrogen should be at least 200 pg/ml for transitioning. But not above 400 that would be unsafe. My last test showed 389 pg/ml. I take my estrodile at 2mg sblingual. also 100 mg of spiro, 5 mg finistride, and 5mg progestrone, and that is my HRT regiment. So far it works for me. Been on HRT for a little of 2 years.

SO the doctor approved (but not prescribed) program is...

Oestrogel 2.5 grams 4 times daily, morning and afternoon... 2.5 grams=1.5mg 17B E, I take 5 grams per dose... So I get 3mg morning and afternoon... 6mg total...

6-8 mg oral sublingual bio identical E2... She says I can have 4mg from her then get whatever I can get my hands on however I can find it apparently

Makes me wonder if some of this overseas stuff is even real???? That would explain why I gotta take so much...

I THINK its all legit though and Im thinking my smoking is likely interfering with the oral E...

I cant wait to test that theory by adding patches that are hopefully the real deal Should be here soon, plan to reduce the illegitimate oral E a bit with the patches and I hope to see and feel better feminization

200mg spiro 100mg morning, 50 afternoon and 50 in the evening, but Ive tried 250mg and I might up it to that if T seems to be rearing its UGLY head...

.50mg Dutasteride once a day...

Of course theres always the chance this pussy doc might take a liking to me and set me up right

This all has me VERY confused on why even on PM I needed a VERY high dosage to see results And now its been confirmed by the docs, I want to know WHY???

It isn't the dosage, but the E level measured that's important. You wrote that your E was 128. That's not high enough to my way of thinking if you're not satisfied with the feminization. Why is it not higher given the amount of meds you're taking? Maybe the quality of the meds, or something in the way your body metabolizes the meds. That's where a good endo comes in. On the other hand, complete feminization takes a couple of years. You may have unreasonable expectations on the speed of results. Just a thought. IDK.

I'll get a full hormone test done the middle of next month. I'm going to stay on my current 4 mg EV dosage until then. I think I need more E, but I want a steady baseline against which to measure without PM mucking up the results. I can wait for the doc's recommendation.

Well actually Id say dosage and levels are both important

Just going by the way a males T level looks its supposed to spike in the morning and stay high throughout the day and taper down into the evening...

So I take the 100mg spiro and the dutas first thing when I wake up... Then I wait a while while the coffee gets going and Im awake (about 1/2 hr) and I do the gel E...

Then 6mg oral E spaced out as the day goes by with a 50mg boost of spiro in the middle... Then another gel and spiro dose after dinner and sometimes one more 2mg pill later in the evening if Im up late or on a date

I can tell you its all seemingly real because Ive felt all of it kick in (all seems to work) but sometimes I dont feel anything... Thats probably normal though and when that happens (cant feel any effects after taking) I usually feel pretty damn good

Also the appointment for the lab work was right about when Id take my 2nd 2mg E pill and of course I didnt take it before the test Id think that might have lowered the E level a little bit

I realize it hasnt been long and it has been working, just have a lot of questions Id like answered

I do wonder if we really need the high estradiol level or not, once t is out of the way anyway, i was reading the endocrine society guide which has a table in it with the estradiol levels for cis girls at each of the tanner stages, its not until tanner 5 that they pass 200 pmol/l, i have attached a quick screenshot
