I've been out of gel for 3-4 days now and I havent felt as good.... Im looking forward to tapering off the oral E to 4 applications of gel a day, 6mg total... And I will start with one patch today and see how that goes...

Probably add another patch in two days... It says to change them every 3-4 days... This way I will always have on 2 at a time and change one every two days.... Ive read that a 100mcg patch is equivalent to 2mg oral E... So with 2 patches it "should" be about 4mg a day + 6mg gel, 10mg E2 all bypassing the first pass through the liver, right to the blood the way it should be... I plan to add my 4mg oral prescription E to this for about 14mg total daily but I have plenty of Progynova 2mg EV to add if this dont seem like enough

We'll see how that works, gonna take a while to go from 14mg oral to the new regime...

Gel is great and so far I cant tell any difference from the patches really...

Been changing patches every two days, each one stays on for 4 days... Its supposed to be a very consistent release of E but Im reading conflicting info on the levels obtained from them.... Anywhere from 1-2mg per patch I guess

I have some Climara 100's coming that are supposed to be good for a week... Not sure how Im gonna implement those, maybe just wait until my Estradots get low...

Going with 6-8mg oral E... Tried going with all Progynova 2mg pills, all prescription Teva's, and Teva's and Estrofems.... They all seem to work about the same

Spiro WAS upped 250 mg for a while... The prescription pills are a pain to split so I just started taking 100mg morning, 100 afternoon and 50mg of the Indian spiro evening... No Ill effects like that so lately out of laziness Ive been going with 100mg for the evening dose for the last few days... Seems OK at 300mg so far, probably keep it there for a while

Decided to start my P cycle early this month, gonna stick with the micronized P this time, no medroxy.... Going to start with 100mg evenings for a couple of days then maybe try upping it to 200mg for a while....

Still on the generic Indian Dutas, my prescription Avodart is $141.00 for a one month supply

Also been using 5% Minoxydil twice daily...

AMAZINGLY I actually have some real HAIR growing all over my head Its a miracle because Ive had a chrome dome for the last 15 years No doubt about it though, these are somewhat dark, thick hairs about 1/2" long coming in I really hope this continues

Well after further research on oral VS transdermal E metabolism.... Ive decided to increase the gel to six 2.5 gram applications daily.... That should equal 9mg of E plus whatever Im getting from the patches....

Thats a lot of goop, 15 grams a day... There are 80 grams in a tube so a tube should last about 5 1/2 days, I have enough to go a month on this dosage with more on order...

SHOULD be plenty of E there Im working on innovative ways to take my 4mg of prescription E pills that I wont mention here

Gonna try to minimize the oral E and go all transdermal until I see my new doc and hopefully get another round of lab work done

For unknown reasons the P is much more tolerable for me on nearly all transdermal E vs oral sublingual/buccal E....

Ive been going with 100mg afternoon and 100 mg evenings... It does have much more of a calming relaxing effect on me it seems but it hasnt been long so we will see how it goes... For now though I like it, I feel like I can think and concentrate much better than on the E alone I do seem to sleep better and Ive had no issues with feeling bloated and I havent put on any weight at all, actually within 2 lbs of my all time lowest weight Strange because it does seem to make me a little hungrier than usual but I guess Im making a conscious effort to not pig out too... Strong cravings for pickles, salt ect are less intense and the diuretic effects of the spiro seem less intense too That can get pretty bad for me at times too... Also beard and body hair have seemed to have slightly slowed but that could be just my imagination Tits are nice and full and sore and sensitive

Could all just be in my head or it could just be due to getting more and better sleep but either way Its all good for now

It's not your imagination. Progesterone has antiandrogenic properties. It's why some progestins like cyproterone acetate are so effective. Of course it's a milder effect, but in combination with spiro It does wonders. I'm on my progesterone week as well right now!

My boobs are swollen as well and ,being on oral e taken sublingually, I'm a little cranky lol

I donno but it must be in part due to taking no MPA and differences in E metabolism and possibly higher E levels on the TD E2... Whatever it is I like it so far

Well 10 days in on the P and Im still doing OK... The question now is do I stop here or just keep going with it

Here's an update on my court hearing, I got my name changed

I did change name and gender with SSA yesterday though, SO Im a female named Eva with them at least I went to do my passport and she was ready to do it all but decided not to yesterday... It should be no problem to get it done but it will cost $135.00 and take 4-6 weeks to get it in the mail.... SS card will come in the mail too... Gonna do that Monday and I might get a new pic, the one I got today was ok, could be better though...

DL in South Dakota SUCKS though.... I did call them and they say they need a letter proving surgery before they will change it to female

SO I dont know how it will go there, I mean I guess I can deal with the "male" on there for now BUT I need a new picture... (The M can always get scratched out due to an "accident") IF they wont change the picture I will do it and then "lose" it... Then go back with my new passport, SS card and utility bills... I will need the court order to change the name first to go that route then just present good federal ID as female .)

According to this a passport and SS card and utility bills are enough but I need the new DL # in my new name first then HOPE I can get the F on there with the federal ID

If NONE of that works I could "move" to Colorado to my nieces or brothers wife's place "temporarily".... Long enough to get the license.... Then "move" back with everything in impeccable order but my BC... Its EASY to get it done right there with a form from the DMV my doc would fill out HRT for "permanent gender transition" is all they need, not sure if a doc in SD would be acceptable for them but if not there are GOOD docs in Denver anyway

I can change the name on my BC now, thats in the court order but NC requires proof of surgery so Im not sure Im gonna bother YET

And thats just the DL... Im gonna likely have to fax or mail copy's of the court order to my brokerage, bank and CC accounts... Health, home and auto insurance... Car and house titles, concealed carry permit, ect. ect. Gonna be a PAIN IN THE ASS

Morning E has my girls nice and itchy and perky so despite my bad habit something must be working... Bad E metabolism aside Im sure there is at least very little T left!!!
