Thank you, Niaja. Happy New Year to you, too.

I haven't cut my hair in almost three years. I had short hair my whole life, and most of my career I was a tie-wearing "professional". When I had to take a forced early retirement because of Covid, I said "Fuck-It" and just stopped caring.

Now I just take care of me & mine and watch the world burn from the sidelines.

I got a big boost this weekend when I worked & walked myself to exhaustion last Saturday. Here it is Tuesday and I'm still hurting some kind of bad. I can normally get these pains from working in the garden, but this weekend took the cake.

I had the opportunity to shoot photos for a multi-class race car event and I jumped at the chance. It was a really cold day at the track, and I wore double layers which normally in itself makes walking difficult. However, it was ankle deep thick clay mud everywhere and I was carrying around about an additional ten pounds of thick clay that was glued to my feet and it was damn near impossible to remove. It was like walking through wet, but drying cement and utterly exhausting. I swear every muscle in my body hurts. My right hamstring is killing me. Both my feet are still swollen, but Sunday I could barely walk from the pain of the clay glued to my feet.

Anyway, it was an awesome day being around the thunder & roar 600+HP straight pipe engines all day and I got some great photos.

Remember, Intense Exercise Boosts Breast Growth!
Keeps getting better. ^_^ Exercise is so awesome, I'm heading out for some today. Big Grin
Thank you, DiDi.

My #1 complaint about HRT is the loss of strength, stamina and endurance. H.I.I.T. pays dividends though, but at a price.

Have a great day.
Sounds like you had a great day at the races yes I agree nothing like the sound of mega HP and straight pipes.Going to the drag races used to be my thing haven't been in years. Is it just my eyes i swear your boobs look bigger in every picture you post. Boobs or strength guess that's the trade  off of high estrogen ---fairer sex lotta truth in that saying.  Smile
That’s great. Sounds like a productive day!
I can relate a little to that.  Spent most of the afternoon yesterday cleaning a very heavy wet snow from my driveway.  I'm sorta feeling it today and have another round to clean today but it's not like yesterday.
Niaja - It was a fun day, but long. Over 400 cars meant nonstop races all day long. Once one group left the track, another entered. Seven different classes of cars, with some classes entering 70+ cars. It was a long day. The late models, the big boys, were my favorites. The Crate Race 602 & 604 Class were good, too. Honestly, the Mini-Stocks were awesome. They were a lot of fun.

Thank you for noticing my growth patterns the last few months, because yes, I have been on a nonstop growth spurt since October and its awesome.

Beth .... I suppose. I'm getting some of ky photos published, and that's was why I went. The growth factor is a bonus, I guess lol.

MT - I used to complain to a former friend how much working in my garden would lay me out for a couple of days, but this is nothing compared to that. Here it is day four since Saturday and I'm still shrouded in a deep fog of pain. It's nuts.

Hang in there and pace yourself if you can.
These past few months, my mornings bring me joy!
While I haven't noticed any growing pains the last few days, this is the 2nd back-to-back week of a physical workout to the point of utter exhaustion.

One was mentioned above, and the other was three days of preparation for this attic blast weather we're experiencing right now.

My vegetable garden consists of raised beds and 55 gallon plastic food grade drums that are cut in half. These tubs make excellent large grow pots. I have 28 of them on my lower patio.

I specifically positioned the tubs that are closest to a roll-up basement garage door where I planted onion bulbs in case we got another arctic freeze this year like we did last year. The thinking that it would be (easy) to drag them inside for a few days.

We harvested all the broccoli, cabbage & collard greens, and I have the eight tubs of carrots covered with straw & a tarp. I've got my fingers crossed on the carrots, because that's our annual supply.

Well, I wasn't counting on the rain we got a few days prior, and dragging these tubs across rough concrete that weigh at least 300 lbs each made my knuckles & wrists feel like they were going to explode. I pulled muscles in my elbow joints and my crotch of all places. Every muscle in my arms hurt and I just lay in bed right now in a pool of pain.

I swear, HRT truly has taken all my strength, stamina and endurance.

Here in the Deep South, these week long 0° conditions are not our normal, so I'm going to have to add one more raised bed this year to try & make up for the loss of winter vegetables, because there's no way in hell I'm going through this three years in a row next year.

At least my IGF-1 is banging on all cylinders, (hopefully).
