Hello Owllee ....

I know when I drastically cut back on Omega 6 fatty acids, my inflammation was greatly reduced. The change in diet helped too. Increasing cruciferous vegetables was a big plus, too.

I know it’s been said as we grow older that our Growth Hormone plummets, and that’s a big problem for growing breasts. Anyway you can boost it helps.

Even during breaks I’m still trying to keep up with MSM, Collagen, Natural Vitamins, especially C & D, Reishi Mushrooms & Fenugreek, etc.

In fact I just planted some Red Clover, Spearmint & Fenugreek that I’m looking forward to eating raw this summer as I work outside in the garden. That should make for a nice natural boost.

Thanks for saying hello and best of luck to you!
Curious, where would you say your greatest reduction of Omega 6 fatty acids came from, eliminating what in particular?
Processed foods, mainly seed oils.
Steve,

 Many thanks for the advice!

I dont eat many of the omega 6 foods I find listed on the internet...but maybe I missing something.

One of the many weird things that happened when I was taking Estrofem was a sudden distaste for almost all food.

I have gotten better and  gained some of the weight I lost back (I am 6' and I dropped too fast from 220lbs or so to 175lbs and I wasnt trying to lose weight...some of it was muscle of course but I started to look emaciated to others which was a sign)...but eating is still a struggle. Except for cookies.

 So it could be sugar.

I eat very little meat...dont drink at all...dont chew gum or tell diry jokes.

I do know that after a week without estrogen it is all I think about.

And now sleeping it tough...like it is on estrogen. My energy is low and my training program for speed walking is difficult.

On the positive side...the muse is back! I can compose music much more fluidly again..my main "hobby" which I find much harder when on estrogen.

If decisions were easy we would all be making them.

 Best

Funny...  For practical reasons (I couldn't do my work), I stopped PM and RR... And while i'm not back to normal (Personal issues) I'm getting back to the job.
I just couldn't figure out the code while on the PM and RR.

But I can hear things calling again...  :-P
Decisions, Decisions!  ;-)

Owllee ...

Sugar is always a problem. They put that stuff in everything! Even Morton Salt contains sugar! Go Figure!

But, carbs in general are a killer. I’ve lapsed on the diet here the last few months, but my weight has stayed steady since the initial 40 pound loss. It is frustrating. But, summertime is coming & outdoor activities should help.

Congratulations on the music muse. I play guitar every day and that is a constant. I’m not great, just a couch strummer, but I’m always learning new songs. I do agree though that concentration is harder on E.

My sleep was terrible the last several months, getting 2-4 hours a night. But I’m back on progesterone now and sleeping like a log.

Best of Luck to you.
My latest photo taken yesterday upon waking.
You're looking awesome.
Thanks, Mash! I really appreciate that coming from you!
Slowly, but Shirley.
