Tbh, I didn’t take any AA’s until a year ago, unless you count Progesterone (P4), which has I’ve been on since the start of E2. A year ago I added RR and immediately started seeing an improvement. I added WP two months ago, and noticed a positive change with that, too.
I was taking PM only for 4.5 years before I switched to HRT three years ago. If you want pretty tits, take your AA’s, people! DHT is the enemy of breast growth!

By the way, this is something I'be been putting some thought into.... It appears that doing herb NBE which is incomplete can make the weird underdeveloped boobs happen. We've seen this here on the forum many times. And nuking DHT and T levels in general is crucial, at least if the idea is to make actual female breasts which are proportionate and pretty and not developed in some weird way as if something's missing.
I've been wondering if it T blocking along with noogling that has helped me with shape and such? I did RR very early on and I know it helped a whole lot and I went on cypro very early on which btw is a fantastic blocker, its way better than its reputation, only topped by injectables because of the way they work. (I've noticed a clear correlation between big boobs on trans women and use if cypro or ijectable blocker, it keeps on repeating.)
Early in the game, I didn’t connect the dots about DHT because, after all, PM is an AA. I was very much mistaken then, and with my too high a dose of PM, I developed tuberous breasts. When I added RR, things greatly improved. I’m in the slow process now of righting that wrong, but it’s very slow. I have no major underboob, and that greatly bugs me.

Thankfully we have the means on hleping our with your shape.
Noogling might actually have quite an impact on that. I've got a whole lot oflower and centre fullness with it. Using the belt to keep the domes exactly spot on where they should be has been a massive help lately.
And yes, that's what overdosing PM without T blocking seems to do. RR is awesome as it has like zero side effects. I remember Lotus mentioning how it can nuke almost all DHT floating around which is amazing for nothing but a simple mushroom.
