Hey Steve,

Wanted to send you a PM but it bounced with the message that you've reached your message quota.

Best regards,
ChuckM
Thank you. My mailbox is now empty.
I'm kind of shocked at my measurements today. I've been bored bra-shopping here lately, because as comfortable as sports bras are, they just aren't pretty.

My measurements over the last many years have prevented me from finding a decent bra, probably because I'm barrel chested and up until the last six months or so, my breasts hadn't quite filled-out.

In the last many months I've been religiously diligent about a regimented program of the accompanying NBE Vitamins & Herbs. I recently added GABA, L-Tyrosine and Goat's Rue from Lara's suggestion and that helped tremendously, and then the Lotus devised topical protocol kicked everything into high gear.

Although I am currently on a month long break from all supplements except for my daily natural foods vitamin, and WP & RR, this is my (current) supplement list.

Naturelo Daily Multivitamin, (C/D3), Goat's Rue, MSM, Tudca, Milk Thistle, American Ginseng, L-Tyrosine, Calcium Citrate, Collagen, Cocoanut Oil, Biotin, Zinc, WP & RR.

The Lotus Inspired Topical Protocol is pretty much standard information now, but it's E2 Gel or Cream, Progesterone (P4 or Cream), DHEA Cream & Green Tea Extract w/ EGCG.

Standard daily intake includes in some meal variation, but usually with morning eggs, Premium EVOO, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Ceylon Cinnamon & Himalayan Salt.

Last year the wife and I started the Keto Diet, and I lost 40 lbs but I've been plateaued at the same weight for over a year. It was a nice surprise  the other day when I saw that I finally broke through that barrier and have so far lost an additional five pounds. I might as well brag on the wife because she's lost 50 lbs herself.

Sitting on the couch during the pandemic lockdown and not paying attention to what a high carb diet would do to a body, really packed on the pounds. One thing we've absolutely done with this diet is cut-out high fructose corn syrup and seed oils. You'd be surprised how many different types of foods (breads & condiments) hide those two ingredients. We try to avoid those as best we can.

Ever since last summer when the main weight loss happened, I've eased-up a bit on the hard-core keto diet, and where as before I avoided all breads, I now have an occasional sandwich made from keto bread. (Always remember to subtract fiber content from carbohydrates to get your net carbs!) I'm sure I could probably drop plenty more pounds if I started a regimented exercise plan, but I just can't seem to force myself to do so.

Last year we brought a side of grass fed beef from a farmer friend of ours down the road and this year we got a 1/4 side from him. I can't recommend local grass fed beef enough. Got to get that Omega-6 down!

We also raise chickens and have a year-round vegetable garden, although I do wish that I could expand it and make it more bigger. It still keeps plenty of fresh vegetables on the table and in the freezer, so I shouldn't complain. We try to eat as healthy as possible, is my point. We're pretty focused about processed foods, etc. No cell-cultured "meat" here!

Anyway, the reason for all the intake & monotonous diet talk is for the last many years my band size has always been 45 at the very tightest, and my bust was 49 at the nipple and presumably smaller across the top of the bust due to underdevelopment. (They're still not perfect by no stretch of the imagination). I'd have to buy bras with a 46, or a more comfortable 48 band size.

Well with all this window shopping for bras I've been doing lately, and knowing that my breasts have finally started to fill-out, I decided to measure again as it's been a few months since I've done so.

Well, imagine my shock today when I pulled the tape to measure measure my band and it read 42" and my bust is 47" (!!?!!) I couldn't believe it. I readjusted and re-measured three different times and every time it measured 42". I was literally dumbfounded.

I honestly don't have an explanation. As I previously said, I've been off all NBE supplements for about a month and I've been out of P4 for a week. The only major change in my program over the last 3-7 years is adding the Topical Protocol.

I mean, other than that, we're in the height of the garden season, and I did lose five pounds this past week, but also three inches around my rib cage, too ?!?!? I never thought I'd get below a 46" band, as it didn't seem physically possible due to bone growth, etc. I honestly don't have an explanation.

While I don't get it, I will take it. LoL
Congratulations on your success.  I know that you are feeling better and happy with your results.  I have lost a few pounds over the past few months which I needed.  I can see your progress.  I am sure you'll be able to find a good fitting bra.  Enjoy your success.
Thanks, Mash.

It's not so much that I'm overly happy about losing five pounds, which is nice on its own, but I'm still majorly perplexed about losing 3+ inches in band size.

It's just weird . . . .
Looking good Steve!! Congratulations!

Best regards,
ChuckM
Oh wow, losing that much from everything but boobs! That's so awesome. Big Grin I had a similar thing happen when I started HRT and I'm sure it could still get better. Its crazy how much stuff can be sitting on back and below boobs which seems "invisible" until it takes a hike. The coolest thing is when band length goes down and bust keeps getting bigger or staying the same at the same time. With all the current NBE sorcery it wouldn't be much of a surprise. Wink
Thank you Chuck & DiDi ....

After chewing on this all day, that is my best guess, too. With the 5" difference, that makes me a 42DD. So it looks like I'm a DiDi too now. LMAO. I kill me lol.

But seriously, that's exactly what I was thinking being fat shifting combined with weight loss. I mean, the longer (we're) on NBE/HRT, the physical changes continue to happen.

I'll take it.

Jumped right into the big Didi club. Big Grin hahahah. xD So funny. But this is what fat distribution change does to you, I think your weight loss, HRT and the topical program have combined the result into what a decent successful weight cycle does as you have loaded way more fat and tissue on your breasts and lost stuff on your back and I presume, waist/underboob area to make that difference. The stuff you lost is very likely old male pattern fat your current hormone balance doesn't support any more. It kinda tends to happen like that... Even more awesome when its unexpected like that.

Speaking about band length, I'm quite sure if I slimmed down enough I might end up with 34 band being the best. At my slimmest on tight tape I have been able to measure down to 33" so going down especially using a sister size could be possible. The amount of subcutaneous fat around band/underboob and back has been very surprising, but I guess that's where a lot of male pattern stuff tends to land on. I have went down from 40 being snug to 36 being spot on perfect since the beginning so this stuff some times does happen.

I think its Jamie who has had the most dramatic band length drop I know of.
That's a pretty good assessment you laid out, and what I came around to, myself. I'm sure if I was more focused and namely got back to a more dedicated intermittent fasting program, I'd probably lose more.

One thing here in in the Southeast USA this summer is the oppressive heat we've been experiencing this year. I don't think it's been this hot since 1980, when three of the all-time top five temperatures were reached that summer.

I'll never forget it as I was a freshman on my college football team, and my Grandfather would make me run laps around his 20 acre farm that summer. It seems every day was 100°+ that year.

But you're also right about Jamie. Her weight loss was incredible. We haven't heard from her in a while. I hope that she's doing well.
