Since I’ve joined all those years ago, Lotus has been welcoming and always willing to help. Many of us would not be where we are without Lotus’ shared knowledge. We owe so much.

Yep. P4+DHEA Cream definitely works. Plus, I just added Bi-Est 5.0 too. Topicals are really helping me at this stage of my program. I mean hell, it's been seven years lmao.

I think DHEA + proge were the thing that I was missing, locally elevated estrogens has been the last missing piece from breast growth puzzle. My month long test of estriol cream was quite successful too, I likely wont need it now as DHEA is supposed to deal with that, but heck it worked! The one I had was the pharmacy grade stuff so very strong but also expensive. One month supply 28€ or so, quite steep but it definitely does amazing things.
The Bi-Est which has both estriol and estradiol?
