My actual aim for winter is stay healthy first and foremost. Some aweful **** going around
ella i had lurgi couple months bak felt crap and lasted almost 6 weeks
was off nbe during that period . also did kidney and liver flush during that period. but since i got ainterol xtreme with help of heather i have noticed little growth

Yes they are horrible aren't they. My littley has it now, it went away then she had a bad relapse, first thing im doing when shes well will have to try flush her out somewhat cause I feel sick about the antibiotics and all the Tylenol she is having
Turmeric is used for liver flush . Raw garlic for kidney . I took teaspoon of turmeric mixed with mouthful of warm water , mix it and gulp it down as taste is very strong , twice a day . With garlic skin one pod of garlic cut to largest you can swallow , put at back of tongue swallow with water . Minimum of two weeks of this

Oh yes I know MM that's why I try to have some everyday. Its meant to boost progesterone too so I use it in luteal
The only down side is the curry fingers if you use it in cooking :p
