Myboobs I received your PM. I gave my best but its really hard to make comparison pics when the angles are different. Please try to make future pics in the same room, same distance, same angle (if possible same light).

I make photos in my bathroom and put the camera in the bathroom cabinet. I measure the distance from my body to the camera with my arm's length, so that I have a similar perspective every time. I use a selftimer on my cam, this works best for my pics.

I have attached a frontal comparison pic but it was not possible to make a side pic comparison, since the angles were so different. Sorry.

Thanks peggy I used to take pics on me blackberry and now on ipad . Next time I will take on board your suggestion

myboobs, those pics certainly do show that your Ainterol PM is paying off, especially given the short time frame.

I may (not promising) post some pictures of my boobs and torso, just got to figure out the best way in view of Peggy' s advice. The IPAD is very limiting for this sort of thing but of course very handy. My digital camera has a delay feature but only 10 second maximum. I have had to delete so many shots where I am not fully prepared or even in the frame.

Thx heather with all herbs the process was slow but aiterol has defo given xtra push next few months should tell .
