I thought I had tummy bug and stayed off my program last 4 odd days . Yesterday took my morning dose felt ok . Second dose before meal in eve . And about 3 hrs later I was. Emptying bowels .
Today the tum feels bit tender so gona stay off the program untill tum feels settled.

Very likely it is not all that doing that. You need to find out which one is causing it. I did this approach anytime I had problem in past.

I have been taking this dosage for almost a month without any problem . My gut feeling is there is a tummy bug going around . My staff was off with it over a week ago , she is back now got second staff go down . At present on toast and tea diet

Finger crossed tum has settled . Been off program for almost a week . Will see how I feel tommorow after eating normal food . Been on dry plain food last few days .

Well, believe it or not sometimes starting after being off for a while, makes your growth faster.

I still get erect nipples

Todays dosage
Just tincture tadmespoon full of -- hops+SP+FN
No FG / maka / algarine
Just one dose in morning . Think stomach not sttled yet .
Still geting acidity after meal .
Think I will give herbs a break for another week till stomach back to normal .
Will try just maka and algerine as morning dose .
Even my staff seems to be going down like 10 pins

2000mg maka and 1000mg algerine 3 times a day and no reaction. looks like tum has decided to settle down . Will keep this for few days befor taking FG and tinctures

It has been a nightmare last few weeks
Hopefully back on full boobage program in few days
