That is very true, Im sure we could have too had we jumped in and used more potent herbs from day one. I'm ok having not done that though and taking it slow. Its all a learning curve. I do have PM but no plans to use it anytime soon

The trouble with reducing the pooch there is a risk of losing bust size too. I know it happened to me. I have lost over 25 pounds and the breasts shrunk a little to boot. It has taken some months of hard work and of course the blessed PM to recover some of the loss. But at least my dresses look a lot better on me now

Agreed Heather. I lost a little over 1 kg and although my tummy looks flatter so do my breasts
