For those who have been noticed, has anyone asked if you're planning to get surgery or something to get rid of your breast development?

Haha. Obviously not. I have been asked when I'm getting "it" done though wayyyy more than is any of any ones business. "It" of course being vaginoplasty.

If I could, I'd already have one. But the reality is I may never have one.

This is why I am going to get an orchiotomy (sp) cheaper and can still have your birth certificate changed. And flamesaber, I am jelous of your progress! I had to cut my regiment cause my wife wants to have kids before I go full time. So now I can look forward to your progress and what I hope to gsin. Maybe he noticed (your friend) and it just doesn't bother him. I know from experience now that as I come out as trans a lot of my frienda are all saying about time.

I haven't come out to anyone in real life. I don't see any point in doing so.

I would encourage you do some research before getting an orchiectomy. The main reason I say this is because the better SRS surgeons like Dr Suporn do not recommend it since their technique involves using scrotal tissue and gives much better results.

Personally I wouldn't go to anyone other than Dr Suporn and I've heard from girls that have gone to him that it's best to not get an orchiectomy.

Today I was walking past a group of strangers and I think I overheard one of them say 'is that a dude?' I didn't turn around to get clarification on what that guy meant, but it got me thinking about whether I'm getting closer to achieving a androgynous appearance faster than I thought.

Is it more likely you think that as it becomes more obviously I'm developing breast tissue instead of moobs, this sends mixed signals to the male mind who thinks only females can grow breasts? Or has pm feminized my body to the extent it's no longer blatantly clear that I'm a male?

Anyone has any thoughts on this?

Since I haven't posted a full body picture of myself, I was thinking this would be more of a philosophical conversation more than anything else.

Today I was walking past a group of strangers and I think I overheard one of them say 'is that a dude?' I didn't turn around to get clarification on what that guy meant, but it got me thinking about whether I'm getting closer to achieving a androgynous appearance faster than I thought.

My thoughts (fwiw): the key indicators as far as I'm concerned, are facial. If you are fortunate enough to lack the main markers, the accentuated brow bones, then any degree of androgenaity of the rest of your body will make people stop and think. The other markers will be size of skull, relationship of size of eyes to skull size. Secondarily will be width of shoulders, muscular development, hirsuitism.

Of course, if the face is hidden and there is confusion as to gender, that would be a clear indication that the shape is more womanly....waist/hip ratio and "moobishness" would be key then.

He ask if I had put on weight,that my face looked different, rounder or something he could not put his finger on it.
My breasts have got rounder and fuller but still hard to notice under a layer
of work clothes. My thighs, tush and legs have got more shapely but hard to
tell under lose fitting work slacks.
And my face has got more cubic.
Anyway I guess I was so wrapped up in what my breasts were doing I did not
notice what the rest of my body was doing till I took a closer look after my co worker said something.
So yep I guess I got noticed.
We must pose a puzzlement to some people.
Kinda makes you feel like a unicorn at times lol.

As far as facial features go, I think the only thing I have going for me is practically not having any facial hair. With brow bones and such, I think I have a much more masculine appearance. I don't have much muscular development I think though.

If I was going to get feminization surgery, the first thing I would want is a tracheal shave. It's hard to explain why, other than I've long since been bothered with having a noticeable adam's apple.
