Good and bad news, saw my specialist today and they have confirmed that my system is now clear of the toxic mess the bad dose of PM caused, so as from next week I hope to get some PM ordered, (thanks Manue will use the supplier you recommended).
I have tried to get Progesterone cream but having issues, is it called something else here in the UK, when I tried to get from the USA it blocks me at the check out stage.
On a personal note, thank you to of you for all the kind words of support.

As you can see both below the minimum range, so PM has certainly messed up my hormones, I am booked in to see a specialist on Wednesday 4 May and will see what the treatment if any will be.
Hello all,
This will be the last time i post on this thread the next thread will be titled new beginnings.
Now I am out of the PM toxicity I will be starting again and will post updates from when I start, will start again about 16 May.
Thought I would share these photos, one is dated 27 January when i began, very hairy chest and very flat, took next photo 5 May, I had by then shaved my chest, not the same a shaving your face cut myself a couple times, now got hair removal gel off Amazon.
There had been some growth before I stopped PM but it has not all gone away, been taking Red Reishi in the background for past 49 days in various does, so hopefully when I start again I will see faster results.
