Hi,

Before I start may I say to those who use PM and have had no side effects, I am glad and pleased that is working for you, because on my other threads I told you all about my experiance with stomach issues due to a reaction with PM, well I still want to grow breasts.

So good people and those that have walked the walk what do I do next, how do I achieve my aim to have breasts without killing myself.

Please can members give me a few ideas, I can still take Red Reishi just not PM so advice and tips are most welcome.

Thanks from

Sue

Look into BO.  It has fewer side effects for some/most people.  I can't take PM or the other estrogenic herbs.  You have not mention taking Hops.  There is evidence that Hops and Swanson estro8Pn Hops extract may work for breast growth.  Hops maybe safe for you, but if you try it, start with a low dose- maybe 1/3 of a capsule or get the liquid version.  I have taken 8PN with only small side effects and the liquid hops can be diluted and put on the skin to avoid the liver. It is a hit or miss project.  Get a blood pressure meter and use it frequently, and check your blood sugar levels.  Good luck.

Good day Sue,

I'm really sorry about what you've been through about PM. Sometimes having our hopes up and facing the kind challenge you had to face can be disheartening.

Though I havent had the time to grow large breasts yet, having worked in the sciences field and taken the time to read touroughly across available data about PM to summerize myself a program to flip my endo to womanhood, comfirmed by my blood test and Doctor, I believe I can share my thoughts about this.

-My 1st observation about your program was that you planned to ramp up the intake of PM rapidly over 3 weeks, up to 3750mg.

-My 2nd observation is that your capsule sizes are 250mg, Biovea if I'm correct.

-My 3rd observation is that medical professionals tend to blame herbs for any problem because they are not trained to work with nature and prefer to follow established protocols.

My opinion about this is that you should not throw the towel so rapidly and realize that there might be different factors at play such as fillers and inactive ingredients used with caps. It happens also that I noticed people using PM from Biovea end up with unwanted side effects and that to me is a red flag about this brand of PM. You probably went over their recommended maximum dosage so you find yourself in an uncharted territory. They are not to blame so safety coupled with trial and error is important to consider.

Here is an article about the possibility of capsules causing allergy reactions.

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20...143250.htm

My suggestion is that you may try again with a different brand using the smallest dose and allow your body to adapt to something new.

I personally took 4 months to reach 2500mg of PM per day at 34yo. Please consider this.

God bless you Sue and may you find what you're seeking.

Have a lovely day and stay safe.

Hi Manue, Many thanks for such a lovely reply, this is the type of response members should have from very knowledgable people like you.

I do not intend to give up far from it, I will do more research about the products, as I said it works for some but not me, that said as you quite rightly said maybe the brand, Hmmm.

I had been taking this product for 6 weeks starting off at 2 x  250mg then ramping up to 6 x 250mg total 1500mg per day had been on my 4th day of this dose when all hell broke loose.

Feeling a lot better but not out of the woods yet, I stop taking the medicine the hospital gave me tonight, I have more blood work on the 21 April to see if everything is okay, they assured me that I should be OK.

I agree with everything you have said, never thought about the fillers in pills, the ones from Biovea consist of the following.

PM 500mg extract root std to 40% isoflavones per serving (2 tabs)

Rice flour.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose.

Vegetable Magnesium Sterate.

Unless you understand these addatives which I did not, then you can end up like me, would not wish that on anyone, it was horrible, I really thought I was going to die.

So lessons learnt, when I get over this I will look at all options and take experianced advice, I guess that is what this site is all about.

Again, thanks for your advice

Sue

xx

You are very welcome. Your health is the most important and that sounds like great news! Smile

Those ingredients are probably harmless within the dosage recommended by the manufacturer and may possibly become toxic if taken in large quantity. Since we are aiming at overdosing PM, that leaves us very little choice as we are going to want it in the purest form.

I'll send you a link in private message for the one I've been using without issue. It reportedly doesn't contain any preservative or filler. Wink

Hi All,

Just to let you all know so far I feel good after the scare with Pueraria Mirifica and the toxic reaction, have last bloods on 21 April with results the following week, then it will be back to the beginning.

I have continued with Red Reishi at the recommended dose with no side effects, hope that as an antiandrogen it will be well into my system by the time I start again.

I received a message from Manue which helped me a lot and than you for that just sent you a reply).

Just heard that Flaxseed is no good for breast development is that true.

Well bloods taken today and with look my reaction and toxification should be back to normal, over here in the UK blood tests are free so whilst I was having my bloods done I got them to do a full Hormone check, before I started this on the 1 March I had very low T, I have been taking Red R for about 33 days from the 1100mg per day now up to 1650 which is 3 capsules, so the Anti-Androgen will be well into my system when I start again, so along with the low T and RR I will have a good head start.

I am still not sure about PM, I did have a nasty scare (Manue) gave me some good advice but still apprehensive, do you think Red Clover would be better as it is milder.

Hello, UPDATE.

Had my blood test results back from the Doctors and all is not well, the PM has messed up my endocrinology system.

I will explain.

(Basic explanation) Using British (UK) figures and terminology.

nmol/L & pmol/L

We all have testosterone and Oestrogen, during puberty one takes over from the other, males become more masculine and females more feminine, however even as adults we still have both hormones in our system just different levels, well mine levels for both Testosterone and Oestrogen.

Testosterone range = 9.5 - 28.3 MINE IS 7.63

Oestrogen range = 99 - 192 MINE IS 91.8

As you can see both below the minimum range, so PM has certainly messed up my hormones, I am booked in to see a specialist on Wednesday 4 May and will see what the treatment if any will be.

Looks like the reshi is working. The entire point of reshi is to lower your T Levels.
