Hey there Twinkie,

I see that outsider answered your question (thanks), SP has anti-estrogenic properties, thus this reason for the exclusion from some BN members, (it has some benefits though). But the fact that there's a better option with reishi only proves it makes a better fit for NBE.

Listed in this thread and is often overlooked is that Reishi "has" estrogenic properties and at the same time addresses DHT, which makes it a Win-Win. Smile

The ability to bind to human estrogen receptors (hERs) α and β of the ethanol extract of G. lucidum was confirmed by using the coactivator-bacterial alkaline phosphatase system.

Thank you, Lotus. Been back on NBE (after a veeeeeeery long break) for a week short of two months and, as of today, am sporting two very achey nipples. Here we go - I can't tell you how incredibly excited I feel! xx

I'm sure most BN members already know about how a diet will help or sink a NBE program (and there's a ton of NBE diet plans out there on the WWW).

I think it's gotta be a combination of few them that's entirely possible to grow breasts even in the absence of supplements. And it will be somewhere between the Paleo & Mediterranean diet plans with a few other twists lol.

I'll post some of the basics, it would interesting to find some BN members who'd be interested as diet (food plan) partners (buddies lol). Cool

What foods used in NBE?

Avocado-(fruit), rich in phytonutrients, high in potassium, alpha/beta carotene, contains healthy fatty acids, fast acting laxative, high in carbs, beta-sitosterol, vitamin E, vitamin A and Lutein (good for eye site), reduces free radicals, avocados contain D-Mannoheptulose (a rare seven carbon sugar) effective in hypoglycemia.

Avocados tend to block estrogen but promote progesterone. Avocado oil is a common ingredient in progesterone creams. Avocados have amino acids and vitamins that help promote mammary glands.

From last year, although it still needs tweaking to include the most updated info, including more healthy fats. (Much more to come) Big Grin

(12-03-2014, 11:01 PM)Lotus Wrote:  A typical day or a snap shot.

Breakfast: Oatmeal(T) with ground flaxseed (E), cup of unsweetened soymilk (E) strawberries and Greek yogurt (HGH)

Snack: Apple (E) with sunflower seed butter (E) plain yogurt (HGH)

Lunch: Roasted salmon (HGH) green beans (E),side salad ,bell peppers, carrots, red onion, all (E), sesame oil (dht) garlic (T). Forgot chick peas (T)

Snack: Cottage cheese (E), raw almonds (T) and blueberries (E)

Dinner: Oven roasted chicken breast (E & HGH) with roasted broccoli (E & T) with olive oil (T), cayenne, and garlic (T), and a baked sweet potato (E) with olive oil (T).

Snack: Greek yogurt(HGH) with flaxseed (E) crumbled dark chocolate (E), banana, (E) and almonds.(DHT)

Drink- water (filtered) 6-8 cups.

Sunflower seeds-High in protein which increases breast volume

Healthy Fats (HDL) = more hormone production

And you can switch out proteins, lean beef, and seafood, etc.

Foods promoting HGH- lean beef, Greek yogurt, wild salmon, almonds, organic chicken, organic eggs, tuna

Total calorie-2410 (which might be a lot for some)

Fat-125g 44%
Carbs-212g 33%
Protein 147g 23%

As far as cost I don't have that yet, so like I said just a snapshot. It should cover a growth cycle for a day because it touches on E, T, HGH and even DHT, which I could explain about those asap. Wink
