Stevenator is correct, I've spent years flying around the world on business and I too have never seen anyone pulled for implants/bras.
It's mostly too many buckles, or forgotten belts etc..

I'm sure they have not, I am more worried about flying. Does TSA use body scanners? I have not flown in quite some time.
Just went through EWK. Took off my sweatshirt and went right through. No issues
