You are good at photography and you do have nice breasts Smile
From your earlier replies (sorry I'm being lazy and sticking them all here lol)
Know the feeling all too well, being teased, bullied for not being able to run, play football etc. Still can't run, but now I try to do lots of walking and like you on the bike cycling.
I find make-up is practice, practice and practice some more, if I was you I'd keep asking the girlfriend to show you more Smile

Thank you. <3 I need a better camera with decent picture quality. Or actually I need to grab and use the camera I have as I already got something... Old but works. For me the asthma wasn't so bad as to not being able to do stuff, but I was way slower that almost everyone else, I was bigger and grew faster than about 90% or others, add shitty lungs and easy oxygen depletion to that and I just couldn't be as fast as them and got exhausted easy. Also I'm clumsy, its funny how I can control a huge drumkit, but I can't control a football with my feet. Jut never had what that type of thing takes.

Then to the other point of this post. The importance on calcium while on pm, I can't stress it enough on how important it is. Last year I had terribly painful leg cramps, later no cramps but weird aches and pain in my knees, specially on the left one. I never have pain in the knees, they never hurt... But something made it so and its clear that was PM eating away calcium from my bones. Since I added calcium + magnesium supplement on top of the dairy in my diet, almost all of this weird knee pain is gone. I think some of it still lingers on, but its slowly going away. I presume this is the time it takes for the calcium lost to build back up again. My luck is that my bones are very dense and healthy as I was total nut for drinking milk when I was kid, that plus genetics I would guess. I mean I have broke a bone only once in my life My teeth, nails, hair have always been in great condition. Until when I stopped drinking milk all the time when I moved to my first apartment as that stuff is expensive. I've added a lot of diary to my diet in the last two years, now making sure with the supplement that I always surpass normal daily need for calcium each day and it's working.

So everyone who are on PM, make absolutely certain you get enough, surpass the normal numbers to make sure. PM works wonders on hair and nails and skin and so on, but its evident that it eats away calcium on a high rate. You don't want it to come off your bones and become frail and weak.

Two years back I hurt my right ankle really badly, it twisted inwards with a loud crack and mind numbing pain with stars bouncing in my eyes. I couldn't walk for several days, went to see a doctor who was amazed to find out that I hadn't broke a bone. Lot of swelling though, my ankle turned purple so I was hurt badly, but the doctor was baffled, he said he was certain I ha broken bones before seeing the X-ray. Had I any weaker bones, I'm quite sure that ankle would have been in thousand pieces. So drink your milk and get some decent supplement to keep your bones dense. Wink

I absolutely and totally agree Calcium is an absolute MUST!  Leg and knee pains and finger nails becoming brittle and breaking is a thing and quite a problem. The broken bones? I cannot even remember how many times I have broken my arms, legs and feet it's so often, but that has nothing to do with this, was all from before. But yes Calcium is an absolute must on pm, i use the soluble tabs in water as the pills are huge and look like they are made for horses. Milk a natural source so good but calcium tabs are an absolute must too. Going off topic, a funny story well wasn't so funny at the time but I did manage to break both legs and an arm falling out of a helicopter, don't ask. Was a military thing and I shouldn't have been trying to look cool sitting on the edge and falling out but the wheelchair they gave me was quite useless, could only travel in circles.
Wow, that's crazy. Glad your legs healed. :O

I came home for my lunch break, just had a nice noodle soup... Boobies feel like there's another growth spurt coming in, swollen and puffy. This morning was just crazy on how perky they were. Too bad I didn't have time to snap a picture.

Did I mention earlier that I finally started doing regular measurements? Once every three days, too often to notice growth right away, but I want to find out how much and when the fluctuation happens. There clearly is that and in few months I'll have some interesting data to look at. Specially now that my program is nearly complete, I want to do it for the science. Wink

A friend of mine suggested that I should put up a website at some point to document all this, would be kinda cool to do. There's very little outside the few forums out there. Heeheehee, I'm playing with an idea to write a book about this, couple of years more experience first. Perhaps I'll do it. Cool

If you need help with a website I'm also a programmer, or was but hated it, but websites are fun and easy to do. Oh, our rant about the importance of calcium, forgot to mention vitamin d is essential to help the body absorb the calcium. Damn, now thinking we would have been burned as witches for knowing too much about the body and what it needs Smile

Oh cool. I'll let this idea sink in... I'm thinking along the lines if I become extremely successful with this, I mean to get to Lotus/Freya/Oki level of busty awesomeness, then I'll think about this. I mean I'm already documenting everything in a lot of detail, when I combine stuff from this thread with my NBE diary, it'll become quite a story. Or so I'm hoping. And I'm quite optimistic about it, its not that long ago that things started to get on high gear, I'm still a newbie and doing quite well. Heck, its blown out of proportions since I started. Its not just boobs at this stage obviously.

I think this year will be another unforgettable ride if and when things keep going my way. Now I want to totally fill the E's... Round them out, get a permanent shadow below them lovelies. Oh btw, now I get the jiggle when ever I walk around on fast pace when not wearing a bra. Days at work have had at least something to kill of the boredom. Big Grin

Yeah think i mentioned the jiggle a long time ago and that's quite special, but seriously though I can help for free, i can also write-ish I have written for the BBC you probably don't know what that is but is a bit of a biggie in the screenplay world! I'm there if needed and I'm free for friends.
I haven't written anything for the media for decades but can help there too. Actually we could even start a new thread where we write a screenplay that everybody can see, comment, and add to. I do have a half written film about a tg a tragic comedy which I never finished as I cannot place myself into her life properly and make her authentic enough to be believable.
Its one of these days again. Yesterday I had a feeling that there's a certain growth spurt kicking in again and today my areolas feel tiny (excluding the now gone morning puffyness which is a daily companion these days.) and the buds non existent... Also the little soreness I had in the morning is gone. This seems like normal fluctuation as I've had this happen gazillion times, only for things ti fire up again later. But it almost always poisons my mind with doubt that is this it, am I going to get any further? Until things happen and I go further and grow bigger.

Reishi is doing a good job on soothing down my mood swings to some extent, its still there, but not as bad as it was. Today I got the nicest measurements so far, albeit within the margin of error and natural fluctuation, too bad I don't have much numbers to compare back in time as I've been too inconsistent with the tape. I can't wait.... Next months will likely be very telling on how successful my current program is. I'm eagerly waiting for Lotus to show up again with her awesome advice she promised. Come on Lotus, where are you? Big Grin

The tape said 46,4" bust, 39" band today which is just awesome, band length seems to have gone down since last year, I'm starting to be convinced that's muscle/fat loss from my back as it seems to be getting less and less. Bust measurement has sat still for quite some time, but less band length means they've grown and pictures seem to prove it too. And how I fit in my fave bra.

But this doubt.... Being so uncertain on some days and euphoric and happy on others. Its a real mess and I don't like it. I try to stay positive, but it's easily said than done. Many would say that with my progress, I should have no confidence issues what so ever, but I do. Once again I feel like I need some kind of sense of success to combat all the nasty thoughts that tend to linger in to ruin my mood.

Some fresh pics, not artistic this time, just sitting upright and then a side view from the right side.
Nice boobs. Congrats on your continuing progress.

Thank you. Smile Lets see where it goes from here, addition of reishi (and PG) is still so new that I can't even tell how well it works on me. Interesting couple of months ahead.
