Hi Didi,

Your plan is the Lotus plan lol. And you're looking good. I think FG is redundant in your plan though, FG competes for the same estrogen receptor as does PM. Also, in high doses FG will bottom out your blood sugar, which is good for diabetes, but too much might make you collapse...it happened to a good friend of mine over in the ladies forum (she fainted and cracked her jaw needing stitches, she was lucky she wasn't driving.

There's other things we can tweak by adding things that'll stimulate a growth phase, like found in puberty. In fact I know what stimulates the pituitary gland, which then stimulates the production of androgens or estrogen. Lol, it's complicated at first, however, I'm confident people will pick it up. Also,  if you do the cream option you won't need the coconut oil massage (redundancy)  Granted, I had the coconut oil massage 6-7 years ago in my program and eventually phased it out. Pretty sure Valkyrie put that in her program after our discussions via PM. The Biolab estrogen cream already has coconut oil, MSM, olive oil, aloe vera and other ingredients very specific for breast growth. In fact if I ever made a cream I'd have everything in BioLabs except for sunflower lecithin. Estrogen cream with Progesterone cream are synergistic together for breast growth. If you're going to add HRT meds please don't run PM and E2 (estradiol) together. PM is anti-estrogen while using it with estradiol. IMHO by adding PC with Estrogen cream we're lower the risk of of breast bud fusion (aka-terminal end buds)

My NBE core go like this:

Pueraria mirifica @ 500-1500pm (daily)
Progesterone cream, a small amount that covers the breast (3-maybe 4 times per week)
MSM 1-3g per day. antioxidant, pro-breast health, GH (growth hormone) STAT5 protein synthesizer. Meaning it helps raise growth hormone...not alot mind you. Estradiol lowers GH, we need to balance.

Vitamin D3 helps with breast growing. If you take Calcium you need V-D3 to become more biologically active.

Melatonin (dosage per person varies), taking this is going after REM and Deep sleep stages (@ body healing), and other things.

Reishi extract, the higher the polysaccharides, makes for a stronger anti-androgen. Like this one below, it's organic and 35% polysaccharides.

Thank you. Big Grin How am I not surprised of your first comment since I've been picking up ideas from your thread on the way. That's very interesting that the creams will work together, that was something I was going to ask more about but you just pre emptied the need.  So far I haven't found Reishi being sold on the shops I frequent, but I need to look into it.

Thanks for magnificent advice, I will definitely tweak my program for a bit. Cool

Hi Didi,

I'm not sure of your meaning (How am I not surprised of your first comment). My meaning comes from me thinking I can't really tweak my core NBE supplements that works for me because it's a Lotus program. See, I can suggest adding vitamin C with the MSM because the former helps synthesize collagen. Interesting that the metabolism of MSM uses the Jak2/STAT5b signaling pathway which indeed involves aromatase (which is the CYP19 enzyme). In other words it helps turn T (testosterone) to estradiol (E2.

Pueraria mirifica is structurally similar to E2 (estradiol), whereas estradiol and estriol (E3) are bioidentical to estrogen receptors. Phytoestrogens in general are anti-estrogen by occupying receptor cells which is good for stopping cancer.

I was going to ask what anti-androgen you're taking?. Progesterone inhibits DHT, it specifically inhibits DHT in the MEC-mammary epithelial cells- which reside inside the ductal tree known as alveoli (lobes). Essentially, androgens are anti-estrogen for breast growth.

What I mean was that I've picked the ideas mainly from your thread. Tongue MSM helps with aromatase? That's cool, I had no idea of that or I missed it before. Very nice. I'm not taking any specific anti androgen as I've been yet undecided on which one to try as there seems to be many. WP and reishi have been highest on 'my list' to try out, but I haven't found where to buy them... But since your advice is to get reishi, I would guess that's the one to go for. I need to do a search to see where to get it.

So far, so good. It appears that PC is doing its thing, I haven't got the "pm high" about one hour after taking it in the last days when I've been on progestrone too which is kinda nice. I've felt more stable, less emotional. Excluding last night as I was tired as hell and had a bit of sleep deprivation going on. I'm on the day 6 of the current cycle now. Breast buds feel a bit swollen and sore once again. So far its going exactly like I expected, boobies will likely to swell a lot and peak in about two weeks again. I'm very interested in seeing how will progestrone change my moods when I keep going for longer, I have got clear symptoms of too high E levels if I don't take complete break in time, but PC is supposed to keep it in check somewhat. (I'm also on lower PM dose than before.)

Again, thanks Lotus for the information, there's always some new cool detail there to know. Cool
I was playing with a bit of hairspray and snapped some pics. It is clear that pm is causing me to look way younger and also more fem. I compared some pictures today, its crazy that I now look more like 20 yo me than 33 yo me. And I'll just leave this pic here. No makeup today. Just being me. Big Grin

Younger than you? Really? I don't believe that. Wink

I'm one of these people who age slowly and I've always had quite girly face, but honestly, the last time I looked anything remotely like I do now was in my early twenties. The difference is out of this world compared to just few year ago. As if the herbs have taken more than a decade off my face. I love it. And It think this is not even the extent of where it can go.

Oh yeah, i look like a sad and tired 30 year old guy, especially if i don't shave my beard. I admit i still don't take the right amount of care for my face though. Anxiety and sleep deprivation don't help neither.

Well, that's great DiDi! Of course it can go even better, and i think you are learning more and more how to enhance the true beauty of your face! I guess males in general don't take the same effort compared to ladies when it comes to skin-care :P

EDIT: i said i look like 30, but sometimes even like a person in his 40s.

Awww, darn. I'm sorry to hear that. :/ But there's a huge difference on how people show ageing. I know a guy who before he was even twenty was completely bald and looked like he's 40. But since then, he hasn't changed much in the last two decades. Then I have looked much younger all my life, except after 30 it seems I've been ageing really rapidly until starting pm. Also coconut oil etc makes a really difference. Ditto about taking care of the looks, majority of guys do nothing about it. I didn't for years and now obviously I pay attention to it more all the time.

I think I will do a comparison picture some time, add one from way back, then one from few years ago and a new one. The change is so dramatic I find it hard to believe. And I love it, I've always wanted to be beautiful. Even though I can't take +15 years off me, it seems its possible to still make a big difference. PM is magic. Wink

I would like to see the comparison pictures.  I'd like to try and understand how PM is doing this, i.e. fat distribution, skin thickness, complexion, or ??
If I could make my face look younger.. wow.  Giddy to think what direction I might take off in.
