I'm still having problems, so I just took the little hormone balance test on Dr Lee's site again, and it seems I probably have tired adrenals... Guess I get to look at how to give them a boost. I can't really get away from my sources of stress, so I just need to perk them up some way despite the stress.

And from the quick bit of researching I just did I'll be adding rhodiola rosea extract for fighting this. Of course everyone suggests using multi-herb concoctions, but the only ones I'm finding are just like the ones for BE - too little of too many things, some of which aren't even really related to the exact KIND of adrenal support I believe I need.

Rhodiola rosea is supposed to raise cortisols overall and decrease them in cases of sudden stress. It's exactly what the doctor ordered.
I also did an inventory of everything I've been taking and have discovered that the Red Yeast Rice component of my CoQ10/RYR combination capsule contains a statin. It's well known that if you use more statin than you need you may experience many of the same symptoms commonly associated with tired adrenals. It might be that my mild obesity was to blame for much of those problems still and I no longer need at least that part of it, if not all of it.

I am, anyways, going to discontinue its use for a time and see if there's any improvement, if there is, I'll order something with just CoQ10 or with something else for heart and blood pressure support that doesn't impact on cholesterol.
OK, so I ordered, just because, Thyroid and Adrenal glandulars as well, rhodiola rosea as discussed, and CoQ10 200mg, and spearmint in capsules form.

My Daily is now going to be 1 Multivitamin 3 times daily, 1 saw palmetto 3 times daily, 2 chinese skullcap 3 times daily, 1 butcher's broom morning and night, 1 CoQ10 200mg morning and night, 1 Hair, Skin, and Nails morning and night, 2 spearmint morning and night, 1 B-125 morning and midday, 1 rhodiola rosea morning and midday, 1 ZipEx2 morning and midday, 1 iron morning and midday, and 1 thyroid glandular and adrenal glandular midday only.

JEESH!

Anyways, I'm only using the thyroid and adrenal glandulars as a sort of short-term kick-start to systems I think might be in some disrepair due to my very stressful life.

If I can ever get my stress levels down probably a good half or more of these things will go away.
Sorry to jack your thread. I just wanted to share this is the conversation I had with a St.Herb representative......

"Usehername
I was just curious if the PM extract would be considered safe for oral use if it was approved for human consumption or if you guys have to say its dangerous for oral use because of bureaucratic reasons?
Why is the PM powder considered safe for oral use and not the extract if they are both 100 percent pure PM?

Teresa
Ok, please understand the 100% powder is for oral intake, while the liquid extract is for external use only.
The liquid extract contains propylene glycol and is used as solvent to extract out the potent compounds so it's not recommended for ingestion, it's for absorption into skin. Our MSDS document does state this. Not only for bureaucratic reasons but to tell exactly how it should be used.

Usehername
So the extract is 50 percent pure pm and 50 percent pg?

Teresa
Yes, and it is stated clearly in the MSDS document."

Is this what you were referring to when you said...
"And intended use is external cosmetic use only! Even if you're actually going to do otherwise once you get your hands on it, the FDA won't give clearance for internal use for heck only knows why, it's perfectly safe for internal use and other things the FDA allows sale of in this country contain the same solvent and are used for internal use. The FDA is just being ornery, probably because the product is being important from Thailand, and Thailand IS known for its illicit drug trade..."

I just wanted to make sure that everything was OK. I read a few articles on the pg and some said it was safe and commonly use, others said it is toxic and potentially dangerous. So I'm worried now and wanted to make sure this was what you were talking about because I didn't want either of us getting sick.
I also talked to an Ainterol rep and they told me that their PM was pure and they don't any solvents and thats why is safe for consumption. This would also explain the difference in the liquids consistency.

EDIT:
I just found this http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreadin...ene-glycol
So pg should be safe then. I apologize! I was freaked out and didnt realize this was the solvent you were previously talking about. I wanted to warn you, I didnt want you to get hurt! lol.
Ok just report my comment as spam to get it off your thread. I should have messaged you privately. *sigh* I'm such a spaz. Sorry!

Meh. I understand completely. But I did my homework, lol.

It is potentially hazardous to be used internally if you use too much, but it's an alcohol. The potential hazard is approximately at the same rate as any such.

I'd rather not use an alcohol solvent, but I can't imagine Ainterol NOT using a solvent. Some kind of solvent HAS to be used. The question is... what do they use?

I guess that's another reason to use the St. herbs. At least now I KNOW my solvent ingredient and know what to watch out for insofar as side effects from that!

I'm still finishing off my Ainterol right now though. As I said a week or so ago, still have quite a bit of that left...
I've decided I'm no longer going to use my PM internally. I'm going to use it topically as drops applied directly to my nipples and areola.

I'll still use the same number of drops, and when possible, I'll be favoring my right breast, which does not seem to be developing as quickly, but has begun catching up since I started applying drops of PM to it's nipple and areola.

I also need to up the PC I use. It doesn't seem to be quite enough anymore. I already raised it by introducing every 3 day doses during the "follicular" weeks, and even that doesn't seem to be enough, so I'm eliminating those doses and doubling the normal ones.
I don't recall if I'd mentioned that I was trying out taking thyroid and pituitary glandulars, but yeah.

Anyways, today, I decided to ramp up the thyroid. I'm leaving pituitary at the regular suggested level.

The reason I'm doing this is because one or the other or both of these DO seem to be helping! Not enough... but...

And I've done a self-diagnostic for hypo-thyroid and I have A LOT of indications for it. Not all. And some are quite opposite (my fast heart rate seems to completely contradict it, but who knows.)

So I'm figuring, before I go out and try to get a hold of some synthroid or something, I'll try the thyroxine-free glandular approach first. If it cures me without messing about with a potentially fatally dangerous hormone, great. If all it does is help relieve the worst of it for the time being until I can get a hold of proper medical treatment, I suppose that'll have to do. Cuz even though I am aware of channels that I can get lab-grade and medical thyroxine through, I'm not at all interested in experimenting with THAT one on my own. Far too risky.
Growth spurt!

I'm now 34" above, 33" below, and 38" across! I am basically completely filling an A cup.

My right boob feels softer than my left boob lately... is this normal?

I do certainly seem to be keeping that hourglass ratio as well. My boobs are slightly under 38" while my hips and bum are slightly over. Now if only that darned waist would slim down... I realllllly need to hit up some exercise.

As for the other stuff... The glandulars definitely do seem to be working. I'm feeling much better energy without being constantly on caffeine.

I was seriously beginning to consider caffeine pills instead of burning cash on energy shots all the time.

We'll see what effect improved thyroid function will have on my body hair soon enough I guess. One of the possible problems from a misbehaving thyroid is either too much or too little body hair. It's also known to cause the outer third of the eyebrow not to grow right... and that has begun recovering very rapidly already. In fact, my eyebrows are gunna need waxed, and they've NEVER come in bushy enough for that before!

I still hesitate to consider any sort of thyroxine or TSH supplementation. It really is very dangerous, especially without a doctor. Since the glandulars seem to be working well... I might just not even bother to bring it up even if I ever do get proper medical care and just keep treating it myself with the glandular treatment.
That is really great to here. Sorry if I'm wrong, but weren't you intentionally loosing weight at some point? Did you grow to an A cup while loosing weight?

Intentionally trying to. Still am... Not actually losing any though.

But yes. I am on a controlled diet, generally less than 1500 calories a day, often around 1100. I'm not losing weight even though that was the idea, and I am growing.

I need to exercise more, I know I do. But exercise is something that has never come easily to me, I'm VERY good at putting it off and finding other things to prioritize more.

That said... It is starting to warm up quite a bit finally. I might just dust off that bicycle now and go for evening bike rides again. Doesn't really target my midsection at all, but at least it's something.
