My Estradiol Valerate finally got here a few days back and I've already begun taking it. YAY!

If all my theorizing has any accuracy to it at all I should really take off now.
OK. So... I've not been doing a very good job on reporting... Haha... From now on, I'll just report whenever I feel like it.

Okay, so with where I'm starting and my present achievements out of the way, let's recap my goals.

My external goals:
  • Slim my waist to 27" and lose at least 20 lbs to do so.
  • Increase my hip and bust while maintaining a 1:1 ratio or as close to as possible.
  • Decrease my body hair
  • Improve my head hair
  • Improve my nails
  • Thin and soften my skin
My internal goals:
  • Bring my Testosterone levels down to as close to or within female range as possible.
  • Bring my Estrogen levels (both from BO and PM) up to a level comparable to those of an MtF transsexual on estradiol valerate.
  • Bring my Progesterone levels up to a level in harmony with my elevated estrogen levels.

Those are some hefty goals, I know!

Well, let's talk about my progress so far. It's been roughly 4 months, a bit over...

Although I don't seem to be actually losing any weight, in fact, I've gained back my past losses! I do somehow seem to actually be smoothing out my waistline anyways. There's a visible difference even if there isn't a measured one. I'm not losing any waist size either. What's there is just becoming smoother and less obviously pudgy. I still want to lose weight and a coupla waist sizes, but I don't seem to be effecting a change there. What I need to do here is figure out a way to do some targeted exercises, but in order for me to actually do that, I'd need to find a way to motivate myself to actually do it. I've never really been able to motivate myself to exercise just to exercise.

I did actually somehow have a MEASURABLE loss in my hips. This is the OPPOSITE of what I want... I want to lose my waist, not what little bit of hip padding I have! I have regained about a half inch of this though... So maybe I'll only be gaining there from now on?

My breasts have seen the most marked change, going from barely-there beestings to a definitely-there small A cup. My band size went down from a 34 to a 32. And I filled out a little more above the bust, giving me slight cleavage. This is absolutely wonderful. And it's gotten measurable now!

Other changes... My skin and nails are basically flawless now, everyone's always complimenting them, Blush. My hair has been interesting... I seem to be losing a ton of it but growing a ton of completely new hair. I mean. My old "male" hair is being completely shed and I'm growing new "female" hair. It's softer, sleeker, finer... But I've lost basically all my length. The loss of length kinda sucks, but I am quite fond of my new hair, so I guess I just gotta let it grow out...

So lets recap my supplement plan...

My Supplement Plan (with product links):

The PM and Progynova (Estradiol Valerate) are my estrogens, the Menogest is my progesterone, the saw palmetto and chinese skullcap are my anti-androgens, and the multi is just a multi, most people should honestly be on one, the CoQ10/Red Yeast Rice is for my blood pressure and accelerated heart rate problems, the hair skin and nails should be obvious, the B-complex is because I seem to have trouble getting enough B vitamins, the iron is because I've discovered I need it.

I am also on a "lean food" diet. I have severely cut back my carbs, salts, fats, etc, and am eating only high-protein foods and only eating between 900-1300 calories a day.

Further I have been continuing with my noogling, though I am not nearly as consistent with it as I ought to be.

I am certain that part of the reason the fat loss isn't occurring like desired is because I have not been getting on my bike as I had planned. When I get home from my cosmetology class all I want to do is veg. I need to figure out a way to force myself to actually start up my cycling habit again, no matter how worn out I feel after school.

I am no longer so worn out after school, but now the weather has gotten too cold to do any cycling... I guess either it'll wait until it warms up again or until I can buy a winter kit. Probably until it warms up and I'll buy a summer kit, lol.

So yeah... my plan is definitely getting some results. Hopefully the ones I'm getting continue and I can figure out a way to better target the fat burning. I'm not seeming to be doing any burning at all right now Dodgy

I am finding that my new cycling plan for the three supplements I'm cycling has been much better for my mental stability and also that the addition of estradiol has greatly improved my mental stability. I am referring to estradiol as a supplement rather than as a "drug" because even though it is a pharmaceutical, it's a hormone, not a drug, and anything that's being used to supplement your natural diet or internal productions is a supplement. If we want to be picky about definitions then most of what I'm taking ARE drugs. They're just in herb form instead of extracted and processed and refined away into a drug form.

Speaking of my cycling... I'd mentioned that I'd recap that in this post as well...

So, the following chart shows the cycle:

You can also take a look at the following graph if you're more of a graph person:

I'll see about finally getting a swimsuit pic up later.

EDIT: Sorry, I did a copy and pasty and forgot to delete the loverly BO that I am no longer taking. Also forgot to change the two graphics from attachment thumbnails to full size images. Both are corrected now.
Today was my second emulated day 25 and I am PMSing. Big time.

So awesome! Big Grin

Seriously though, this is basically right on schedule and only after 2 months! I don't think there can be any better proof of my theories!

Is my way of doing it necessarily the "best" way? Maybe, maybe not. I haven't honestly tried using a pro-aromatase instead of T-blockers + estrogen replacement to try to produce enough of my own estradiol... But I honestly doubt that I'd ever be able to produce enough that way...

I know that no one's going to believe that I'm actually hormonal though, not until I've been PMSing every month for at least a few more months. Rolleyes
A few days ago I started using a supraliminal program to help me feminize my voice...

I'm also using one to help me overcome my fears, guilt, and shame.
I've decided that I'm NOT going to put any current pics up until I'm comfortable with my looks. And that could be a while. So don't anyone hold your breath.

I have come into a little extra cash recently, so I'm finally ordering a coupla corsets from Timeless Trends:

http://timeless-trends.com/black-silk-wh...lay-corset
http://timeless-trends.com/white-ruffle-...olid-black

I'm planning on going as close to 23/7 as I can get. I'll probably be closer to 22/6 + 18/1 (22 hours a day for 6 days out of the week and only 18 hours every seven days.) What can I say? I like to luxuriate in long baths and showers. And my body hair removal takes forever Dodgy

OH! And yeah. I think I mentioned I was going to be starting laser on my face? Well. It seems neck and face are considered two separate "large areas" so I could only choose one or the other. So I'm doing my neck. At least that way once it's done I'll have less difficulty covering up my facial hair than I do facial AND neck hair. IMO, the neck hair is MUCH MUCH worse. I cover it with makeup and then the makeup gets all over the neckline of my tops. Icky!

Anyhooo... So after I went for my first appointment, I get an email a bit later from their booking system cuz of pre-booking my next appt and they've got me in the system as "female" even though I clearly indicated in the paperwork that my legal sex is still male. I ain't gunna "fix" it if they aren't! Big Grin
Holy crap that's fast! UPS just informed me that I'm due to receive a 3 pound package from "Timeless Trends" on Friday! Big Grin

Lol
For more targeted weight loss, try getting a neoprene waist belt and just wear it everyday when you aren't wearing your corset. Because trust me, if your corsetting results are anything like mine, it won't help get rid of the midsection fat at all. =__= Oblique exercises are helping me as well, and give me a slightly curvier waist when I don't wear my corset. But most importantly, they're helping me tone and pull in my stomach without making me too wide to get proper corsetting results. Smile

Good luck with the laser hair removal, that's awesome! I'm on and off considering it on my face. I need to do hair removal waaaayyyy too often for a genetic female, haha!
I think I've finally begun stage 4. My areola and nipples have begun widening again and are now projecting even more. I think I'm going to be one of those girls who simply ALWAYS project a bit, naturally, but there's a definite difference between the projection I had, and the projection now. I'm also starting to get rounding to my shape.

I suppose I can't really hypothesize what this will mean for my final size... But it does worry me that I'm already in stage 4 and not even a full A cup. I guess I can only hope that I'll get all my size while in stage 4. Since we all know that stage 5 is supposed to be the end of development.

Though WE also know that the end of the natural development cycle doesn't necessarily have to mean the end of development. I'll just have to eke it out like the rest of you lol.
Wow, Stage 4 already? Are you sure? I thought it took a LOT longer than that to reach that point. Although don't worry too much; like you've already realized, a good number of the women here are already fully-developed and still manage to grow. Also keep in mind if you're wearing a larger band, reaching an A cup will take longer, as it is a bigger size than say an A-cup girl wearing a 30 band. I started as a 34A 1/2, and that wasn't too small. I'm not sure what band you're wearing, but it's gotta be around that. Don't get too hung up on cup sizes.

If you reach Stage 5 before I do, I'm going to be so mad! AngryAngryAngry
