My hips grew wider in first puberty. Mine was sort of mixed, first partial female one, then partial male one. I say partial because I lacked some typical male traits which just never developed and some came late. This is obvious in my old pre transition photos, especially at the time when I was really slim, you can tell its in my bone structure too.
But here is where it gets a bit obscure. HRT and NBE have given me pelvic tilt change, but what is weird, is how it seems that my pelvic bone reaches just as near below skin as before transition. I know there's a rumour of uterine glandular possibly mimicing relaxin which opens the pelvis during pregnancy, but there's no proof of this, only anecdotes. But my personal experience with the BO + uterine + pituitary combination seems to confirm this.
The rest is of course fat distribution change which has been phenomenal, especially on my lower body. But this does not explain how it seems that my pelvis itself has gotten wider because of course in my age, bones have done growing excluding the slow cell level renewal they do for all our lives. I have posted a picture showing the part where I have those long and wide stretch marks? That's close to where the bone is nearest to the skin, I got those marks already long ago, but last three years its gone just crazy how long and wide they have become. Kinda cool as I've only seen cis women who have given birth to have them like that on that exact spot. Talk about feeling validated by something.
But yea, I blame intersex condition and glandular therapy for this. I have no science to back it up, but no better way to explain how this works. I should measure my hips and thighs some time, its long overdue and there's a big difference from before.
