Wohoo, yay, ceeeleeebrate.   

I picked up my first batch of pharma E today, estrofem 2mg for now. I will soon post here some day zero pictures and my plan on how to proceed from now on. I'm switching from pm to estradiol, going to take it sublingual for the time being. How long will I be doing this DIY I can't tell yet, the trans clinic is yet to contact me about the fist visit. I'm hoping to get a fast process to get my diagnosis, bloodwork and HRT going on, but there's no telling yet how quick it will be. Very likely it will take some months at least, they're going to contact me in the next 6 months at some point depending on how long the waiting list is currently. Last year it was about one month so hopefully it wont be much longer now.

The way I'm gonna deal with this for now is basically keep the supplementary stuff going, meaning vitamin D3, MSM, melatonin and reishi as I haven't got any pharma AA yet. And will I, I don't know. So far reishi has been pure magic, it clearly does its job fairly well. I will start on 2mg/day and keep it at that for a month or two before I even think of higher dose. I need to know how my body reacts to the change. If the way herbs have worked on me is any kind of indicator, it can be quite a ride.

Anyway, that's all for now, I'll come back with pictures and measurements to establish my baseline into this. I'm really excited, I've waited so long for this. Wish me luck. <3

The Estrofem I bought from Belgian shop and I don't know what trickery they use but these came from Turkey with Turkish packaging. I did the same as with herbs and ordered from several places to make sure at least some get delivered. I got three month supply of Progynova coming from India (Actually shipped from Singapore) and two month supply of patches coming from Portugal. Both are in transit and should be here in few weeks time.

So yea, I get to test out the pills and patches both unless something else comes along. If things go well, I may go on 4mg/day after one to two months or switch to patches if I need to. I have to do a bit of experimenting with this too, slow and steady ofc. There's also the advantage that when I get to talk to endo, I will come in with experience on both herbal and pharma HRT so I will have an idea on what kind of program I wish them to plan out for me, will likely make things easier.

Trans clinic will contact me first during the next six months, I hope it wont take long. Likely late summer I would guess. They will then book the first interview which will likely be done on Skype. And further than that I do not know how fast the process is. I have a trans friend in Helsinki and she got diagnosis and HRT prescription in two months from the first visit which is very fast for our system, she also was a clear case, they didn't do long evaluations with her, I guess I'm just as obvious once they get to talk with me. I will make it clear that getting my treatment started is absolutely essential for my mental health as its been very tough to deal with dysphoria lately.

What herbs did for me is to open my mind, I have been processing a lot of old trauma and finding things about me I didn't even know to exist before. And lot of deprogramming from living as a man... Damn I shiver when I mention that.

My hope is that the process will be rather painless and short until I'm on a full govt paid HRT. Its so cool, the medication will cost me literally nothing. I pay a small part myself and that will be covered when I apply for social welfare to which I have the right while being unemployed. (Welfare covers essential medications and HRT is one of these in Finland.)

HRT Day 1

Measurements:
Bust, loose tape: 49,6", tight : 48,0"
Band, tight: 36,5", loose 37,8"
Ratio: 13,1", rolling weekly average: 12,78"
Cup size: F/G, closer to G cup.

Cupsize measured using the accurate method which gives a ratio, this method seems closest to which bras fit me the best I tend to use it. The bust/band ratio is the most extreme possible, realistic measurement would be this number minus 2" on average. (Tight bust measurement minus loose band measurement.).

My program as it is now goes as follows:

Morning:
1mg estrofem, sublingual
400mg/175mg Calcium + megnesium
500mg Red reishi (20:1 extract)

Evening:
1mg estrofem, sublingual
400mg/175mg Calcium + megnesium
2-3 teaspoons MSM powder mixed with water (I ran out of MSM and need to restock so few days break from this.)
50 mcg Vitamin D3
5mg Melatonin

Estrogen cream on nipples every other day. (I'm running out soon and don't know where to restock at this point.)
Progestrone cream on upper breast once every three days. (I need to restock on this too, Biovea PG cream seems best so far.)

I'm thinking of starting to take Maca root again as I have a full bag of it. I will stay on 2mg/day dose for E for at least one month to see how it works, if it goes well, I will then likely double and go up to 4mg/day.

Attached are few baseline day zero pictures, I dunno if you can spot the growth compared to old pics, but things have gotten... Fuller. Making a cleavage is way easier than before, all I need is to keep my arms bit more to the front... I love it. On the pics I sit back straight and arms resting on the sides, no photographic trickery here.
