It seems that BO+Uterine+Pit combo is really good on helping weight gain, and that it lands on the right places.... My experience points to BO doing a whole lot to breast development, but this combination does way more, especially on lower body. Call me crazy, but both times I've been on it, very quickly I have started to get symptoms of pelvic tilt changing and hips widening... Its happening again. Lower back pain in the lowest few vertebrae, feeling like my spine "wants" to bend into a new posture when ever I sit or stand upright, lying on my back feeling weird. And after a while, when I measure my height, I have lost some.
Quite a coincidence to have this happen again now that I've been on it for two weeks.
ah yes, the pelvic tilt! the widening hips. and, my butt feels like a pillow when I sit. I'm surprised that there isn't a section here about pelvic tilt. I hadn't really noticed or thought about it until a couple of years ago when a bodywork practitioner pointed it out. "You have a pelvic tilt," he said! then he had me walk around the room and said, "sway more." I didn't return to that person. the only other male bodyworker I've gone to remarked about my additional curves above my waist. He said, "we'll get rid of that!" I didn't return. Women are much more sensitive as bodyworkers (my experience) and seem to intuitively work to promote my body changes. Happy for that! All the best to you as the light returns. Thanks for your updates on MG. xo
