So here's what I'm talking about when I mention nipples getting blisters. This is what it looks like when its already healing. Decent thick cream meant for this kind of thing, in my case Bepanthen is wonderful. Apply a bit between sessions and keep on going at it! The advice is sound, no infections, no broken skin, just some days and lot of cream and free boobs deals with it. If no new blisters form, all dead skin will be gone in about two or three days and there's clean brand new skin there instead. With increased tolerance to pumping with wider flanges.
It seems that my left nipple has started to catch up, I will keep on using 21mm width for at least one more month, I'm trying to let the left one catch up some more. It is very likely I have to remove the flanges all together and go on with 24mm at some point. If my nipples just keep growing like crazy, then I need to get the cups with 28mm funnel at some point but its likely long road until that point. So far I'm quite optimistic about this, I never thought that just high enough prolactin and a decent pump would do it, but here I am with nipples growing like crazy.
Speaking of high prolactin, new herbs are obviously working. The lactation tea was just too much of a rough start as it messed up my stomach for two days, I'm feeling already better, but it was just strong as heck so I will likely try to have a bit less at first. No idea which ingredient did it, but I suspect FG. I'm having quite interesting side effects, the usual, but just stronger than before, aches, sky high sensitivity, breasts are heavy and feel a bit swollen, mild headaches, more mood swings than usual. I'm sure I'm on the right track but not sure if the dosages are correct and I don't know if there's something inhibiting supply. I might consider trying to crash estrogen and progesterone at some point to launch it, so far what I'm doing is quite closely following one of the lactation protocols I've read.
Anyway, here's a pic showing the blistering. Its really nasty looking, but these heal quickly and easily. Moisturising and cleanliness is key and plenty of bra free time.
