So another little update, as the pump is so extremely powerful and I'm heading from droplets to squirts. I'm sure full supply isn't ages away, so I decided to pull it and do the herbal program early. I'm adding all except for alfalfa as its really expensive to get all this stuff...
I'm planning on starting the lactation herbal program latest on September 18th as that's when I hit twenty seven month mark. Maybe earlier depending on when I get my order. And then figure out dosages, my plan is to do two months pretty much full speed with it all at the same time. I will post about dosages later and update my progress, but the combination is interesting, it will be GABA, Blessed Thistle, Moringa, Shatavari, Goats Rue and oats. Also I will have occasional beer as hops kinda help and IPA happens to be my favourite, its loaded with hops. I'm quite confident this combination will help a lot as pumping alone is doing so much already.
Plan is to do two months on all of this, then drop off most of it to maintain what ever the situation will be. Pumping I will keep up the same pace as I'm on now, that being 6-8 45 minute sessions per day.
AS for goals, I want to make my nipples grow as much as possible because I absolutely love how they look like after pumping. If that ever becomes permanent, I'm gonna be one happy girl. For cup size, as much as I can get.
