Thank you Jennifer.
Yes I think so too. My family ladies are not flat chested at all, not a single one of them. They range from around Finnish average to bigger and few are very busty. My timeline also speaks for this as I'm still in quite early Tanner 4, I'm right now a bit more than a year into it and its not showing any signs of turning towards Tanner 5 yet. Typical duration of Tanner stage 4 is three to five years on average, so I have a lot of this development left. Also I haven't slowed down, I have been speeding up... I'm holding on about updating on my measurements and bra size. People wouldn't believe it, I look smaller than I am due to breast shape and body proportions. Oh body shape, just wait until I reach the goals I've set and post some full body pictures. I have changed. ^_^
Keep on going with noogle the way you can. Are you using gauged pump? Its very easy to overdo the pressure, its not good, high pressure does not help. Optimal or lower is the way to go. Even the optimal pressure (-0,2bar -5 inHg) might be too much, it has caused me discolouration because I'm delicate. One session a day isn't the best approach but do what you can. It would be better to have several shorter ones as frequency is key, also keeping the swelling going and not allowing it all to go away. Right now my aim is to end up doing 4 x 60minutes a day with SUndays guarateed break and perhaps having another day off middle of the week. But that's just the goal, I have been doing forty minute sessions for now as that's the best I've been able to withstand, the XXXL domes take so much practice to get going. My skin is so delicate it takes a long time to build the tolerance for it, its almost a month now and I still can't do full hour sessions.
Thank you for your answer Lara
I do not have a calibrated pump as said, I did not find any on Nooglebbery.com, I have the standard pumps, "Minivac", on the other hand, on Amazon I can buy a pump with a pressure gauge, c is a brake bleeding pump.
What do you use?
Size XL is too small for me, the breast fits but a large part remains braked on the right part at the beginning of the bell.
So I use size XXL, they touch each other at the sternum, and the thin skin on the side of the chest is sucked up by the bell and it hurts me, it sometimes even prevents me from moving my arms, so often , I lower the depression.
If you have any other advice, I'm all ears.
Today, I went to eat at my mom's like every 15 days.
We talked about breast size, and she tells me that I have more breasts than she's ever had.
Which means that genetics has something to do with it, but not only.
I am always looking for what could enhance my breasts without hurting my hormone levels. So, I am also waiting for your routine which could be useful to others.
Glad to see you posting again.
Kisses Lara
