Funny thing, after my surgery weight loss I maybe lost an inch on top, I'm good with it. Nothing to sitting flat on your back living on pain meds and eating and watching crappy reruns. I didn't lose weight on strict keto, the eat all you want line didn't work for me. Instead I dumped the carbs, eliminated snacks and fasted. It wasn't easy, I failed at least half a dozen times, but it finally kicked in I started increasing the fasting times, now 18-20 hrs is doable. You know who is this program this doing and has lost 20lbs in a few short months...Stevenator...i know right. I tried to get him on diet plan for years, he finally decided it was time...both he and his wife have lost around 50lbs, it's really inspiring. They threw out all the high fructose corn syrup products and carb laden products in the house. The read product labels, and look for carb content and subtract fiber to calculate net carbs.
Anytime time we slip into being overweight your(our) metabolism shifts from converting E2 production to E1 production, we don't want this, in otherwords you start storing more estradiol in belly fat and less is available for breast growth and inhibiting testes (androgens). There's actual science that I'll post on my thread, it's pretty alarming. Anyways, it's good to hear from you, I honestly forgot my password to my email, my apologies, I'll get it sorted.

Awww, thanks. <3 I was on a really happy mood while taking those pics as I took them for a.... Special someone who posts on this forum too. Padding yea, lol, I just have to mention it so that people know I'm not "faking it" with clothing tricks. xD So silly
So your surgery was a success and you don't need to live with constant back pain any more? That's so nice, congrats, back is a total mess to fix, very lucky to have it work out. I have done about 18 hours once and holy shit it was painful! I could do it, but with my metabolism that's quite a stretch. 12-16 hours works out ok though. Oh Stevenator has been losing weight, cool! Its been a while since I heard from him.
Interesting thing about weight loss, I'm still a bit chubby of course, but I've lost about 7lbs since the spring so very slow but steady. During last two months I've had the biggest, fastest growth spurt ever since starting HRT, this also correlates with quitting smoking. I'm now over two months completely clean and its having a major effect! And the fat I've been burning, I bet that's been releasing stored E, I remember when we discussed about fat storing Estrogens and releasing them along weight loss, seems to hold true. And the coolest thing, getting slimmer all while growing more boobs and barely losing anything from hips and butt. I wouldn't mind slimming down a bit faster though.
