I'm today been ten months on HRT, do it yourself way... What I've concluded so far, moderately high dose of E (EV 3.2mg/3.5days) seems to work the best, higher seems to slow down body changes(Perhaps due to SHBG jumping up?) It seems that I get the fastest and most dramatic changes when ever I've been on Androcur 12.5mg/day, or 12.5mg every other day. Anything less and things slow down. Supplementing vitamin D3, calcium and MSM seems to be very beneficial, I noticed a difference with this already before conventional HRT. Too high E levels mess up my moods completely and there seems to be an equilibrium, too low = bad, too high = bad. I'm planning to book labs in near future. Last time my E was at 354 pg/ml which seemed to be almost right on the sweet spot, right now I'm on a similar dose but different cycle, twice a week instead of once every five days.
My body changes have been dramatic and fast which is something I'm extremely happy about. My breasts have grown almost four cup sizes since day one. Bust 4,3" bigger, hips 3,5" bigger, waist 2" slimmer compared to starting point. HRT has taken years off my face, I look more like I did at 20 than I did at 35. I've had the whole list of changes show up, some have been unexpected like shrinking of my hands which is so out there crazy. I've lost about inch of height and I'm in near constant lower backpain due to pelvic tilt... Lost almost two shoe sizes. The pace has taken me by surprise, its crazy and its awesome. HRT is pure magic.
Here's few pics, I've also gained weight overall, most of it has settled on my hips, thighs and butt and of course boobs. I will later post updated breast timeline picture, perhaps next month or when I hit one year. My thighs kinda took me by surprise, they've became huge. And boobs, just scroll back to older posts and you can see the difference. On the first pic I'm wearing 85/38 H cup bra, I still need to make up for the depth of the cups, but by this pace, I can soon ditch the padding. " alt="" title="">
I'm glad heading towards year two, almost everyone seem to have the best stuff happen on year 2 and 3... I'm carefully optimistic, so far its been absolutely amazing and the best thing I've ever done in my life. ^_^
How much weight did you gain, and what is your BMI?
