But yeah it stinks when you have to stop taking something that seems like it otherwise is helping. It was hard that I had to stop PG but I've decided to give PG one more go with 100mg version instead of 200mg and see if I get the same negatives or not. I agree that mental stability and health matter more so always be careful with that stuff and do what's best for you. Though I doubt you need to be told that.
Yea, it was a total surprise. Its even more special as we don't have gendered pronouns our language so correct gendering is always intentional and shows up differently.
Seems that DHEA just doesn't work for me. Kinda sucks as I'm always on the lookout for things that can help, right now I have no clue what else I could do. Then again, HRT + the few supplements are working really well so I might not need anything else. Being consistent with pumping + massage and doing more exercise is a thing though that I know will help me tremendously. I've been a bit lazy with noogle due to my friend being visiting but she's going home today... At least every other day should be good enough. But then again, when I did it daily for a while some time ago, I got really fantastic growth from it.
I'm speculating that the pumping really enhances the hormonal stuff, better blood circulation and physical stimulation... Also I have a theory on this, pumping does small scale cell level damage, when ever there's some kind of damage, there's healing going on, that raises HGH and IGF-1 locally, specially the latter goes way up if there's any wound etc. around... So could it be that the tiny damage the pumping does works to increase these hormones on the spot? On this I haven't read anything on but it would make sense.
PG, yes, I'm planning to go on it next year, likely when I'm one year in with HRT. So there's quite some time to stock up on it. I hope I can as I'm sure it will be highly beneficial. I'm yet to get decent side branching going on. Lately I've got tons of more projection which is what E does. Knowing how my body reacts to hormonal changes, PG might be another magic bullet to make things go up a notch.
I'm amazed at how biologically active the chest is, it flattens out if I don't rub it before I sleep, it perks up if I do. I kind of had to realize over transitioning that it's less of a ball of fat and more of a fully active highly responsive organ. My theory is that a noogle is much closer to a long massage than I initially thought. I kind of doubt it wouldn't cause any more effect than an massage that took an hour, but its advantage is in how you can set it and forget it instead of rubbing for that long. Getting that much more massage time in is what I think can cause a lot. I'd really like to try rubbing for like, half an hour, presuming my arms don't explode, and see if more happens. Although I may be underestimating the uniformity and intensity of what noogling can do.
After thinking about it more too, PG seems like the capstone for transitioning. It's something to move onto at the end of estrogen's growth to complete the package deal. I think that recent growth I mentioned was entirely in projection, so the general plan seems to be, wait till you seem to finish growing just on estrogen, add progesterone, moderate its dosage to make sure you don't get any nasty emotional effects, and let the rest happen. Seemingly.
