Half an inch? Has it stuck on you permanently since? That's well within daily/monthly fluctuation, but if you notice it or not depends on how often you measure. Crazy growth spurts do happen some times though. I should run too but I'm terrible at that... Too bad the biking season is pretty much over ans that's really nice exercise. Nicest aerobic kind for me actually, I have shitty lungs and running is just too demanding.
Was measuring every 3-4 days to get more fine detail on the tinctures, was 42.5 consistent for about three weeks, then measured 2 days after exercise, it was half an inch bigger, and it's stuck for the last 5 days, I've checked every day, and it hasn't varied. I did rub a lot the night before... But I don't know. Exercised tonight to see if that keeps going, but it might be the msm tinctures finally resonating with me too. Or it could be the whole kit.

Any exercise you can do definitely helps. With HIIT seeming to be the best for growth hormone and igf-1, but again, walking is so much better than not walking and whatever helps the heart out can't be a bad thing.
