Half an inch? Has it stuck on you permanently since? That's well within daily/monthly fluctuation, but if you notice it or not depends on how often you measure. Crazy growth spurts do happen some times though. In the last several days I've got way more exercise as I got my friend here, she's been going for walk with me and my dog, longer than usual... I should run too but I'm terrible at that... Too bad the biking season is pretty much over ans that's really nice exercise. Nicest aerobic kind for me actually, I have shitty lungs and running is just too demanding.
