Day 73
A pleasant surprise came dropping by today, I got my meds. They came in a kinda flimsy looking envelope which had taken some hits on the way, but the vials were intact. The guy delivering them was kinda funny, he said "Here's a parcel for [Deadname]." I replied, "Oh, thanks". The next moment he asked, "Ummm, and your name is?" to which I replied [Deadname]. And he was kinda surprised like Ok, have a nice day. I bet he was expecting me to pick it up for my boyfriend/husband or something.
So yea, I'm ditching pills in favor of injections as soon as I get the supplies for it, likely next week or perhaps in few days. I've been figuring out a suitable dosage and it seems 0,14ml/every five days is the way to go. It should give me around the same levels as what 8mg/day sublingual Progynova would do in time.(Which I've been on since yesterday after realizing my levels weren't nearly where they should.) Using the injection E level simulator, it seems that I will get stable over 200pg/mL in about two to three weeks. I might still end up having quite high levels, but while on estradiol monotherapy, its needed to fully suppress T. I will likely get labs booked quite soon as I'll ask for it right away when I get to talk with the trans clinic.
I've been searching for more information on how to deal with the injecting and thank gods for my adorable new gf, she has shown me how she deals with hers twice on a video call. The only difference being the dose and that I will do deep subcutaneous as Lena advised me to. She says that gives more stable levels, I'm not pro on this, but I'll take her word on it. I will likely use 27g or 30g syringe with fixed 1/2" needle. I'll update on this later on.
I think I my levels were obviously too low for a while, since yesterday, no insane dysphoria attacks and mostly I've been on a good mood. Feels pretty much as I did when I was on Estrofem.
