I've read a couple of your other posts, and I have to confirm what Guy said.
You know the potential risks involved with NBE, and PM in particular. You claim to not want breasts, but you keep restarting.. it's almost as if you WANT them, but you're ashamed of wanting then. So, instead, you keep coming; subconsciously hoping something happens that takes the choice away from you.
