I have my bloods checked every 6-months for a pre-existing problem I have had for a few years now and it took a while to get the right balance of pills too, so I have to be careful what I take, however it is useful as they can keep an eye on things, like last check among a couple of other issues they found that my VitD was through the roof, far too high!! I'm waiting on the next round blood tests in a few months and if all is OK, then I'll start on PM and try to emulate your program.
I apologise, I must have missed your story of Larissa, kids can be cruel, I was bullied for my asthma and being in and out of hospital all the time, not nice at all. I see the Larissa irony now
I still think it would be a great PR trick to use your transitioning, but of course you would have to take baby steps especially in such a conservative scene, but I think you'd be surprised, from what you have said you've already had positive feedback as it wasn't/isn't a problem for your band members
You have asthma too? I got made fun of for the same problem.... Like once when we had to run a cooper's test, during spring when the trees blossom... I have shitty lungs and I had to take few puffs to be able to at least attempt running. My beloved class"mates" went to whine to our teacher about me "cheating" and later of course pissed me off about it many times. Guess if I ever was a good runner anyway.
Heehee, emulate my program, sure, all while I'm emulating Lotus and few others. Its by far the tried and tested stuff people have done before me. But I'm also been cycling which not everyone have done and now finally testing out to keep closer to a constant doses and no full stop breaks for quite some time. At least few months unless I get some health problem or something doesn't feel right.
