I see no reason to wait. They have done a remarkable job of enlarging my once quite small nipples.

I should add that at the time I took the earlier photo I had already been using Supple Nipps for at last a couple of years.

Break them in slowly, or you will wind up with a pair of chafed, blistered nipples--that's what happened to me when I got mine. I recommend no more than 20 minutes a day for the first week or so. By the end of two weeks maybe you can move up to an hour. I don't use the lip balm the supplier recommends, but A+D ointment, which reduces the stress on the delicate skin of the nipple and provides a nice seal.

Wuerstchen gives good advice. Start slowly. Here's my before and after
pics. This is right after I took them off. The swelling goes down, but with
diligent use your nipples will get bigger. I know mine are.
