I was wondering if i could start using supple nips now or should i wait ?

I see no reason to wait. They have done a remarkable job of enlarging my once quite small nipples.

Break them in slowly, or you will wind up with a pair of chafed, blistered nipples--that's what happened to me when I got mine. I recommend no more than 20 minutes a day for the first week or so. By the end of two weeks maybe you can move up to an hour. I don't use the lip balm the supplier recommends, but A+D ointment, which reduces the stress on the delicate skin of the nipple and provides a nice seal.

Break them in slowly, or you will wind up with a pair of chafed, blistered nipples--that's what happened to me when I got mine. I recommend no more than 20 minutes a day for the first week or so. By the end of two weeks maybe you can move up to an hour. Wuerstchen gives good advice. Start slowly. Here's my before and after
pics. This is right after I took them off. The swelling goes down, but with
diligent use your nipples will get bigger. I know mine are.
