another consideration is the blood thinning aspect though, if I really go hard with all the fish oil/GR/tumeric and potentially fenugreek if I get a paper cut will I BLEED TO DEATH??? lol
I understand, the Japanese have an abundance of omega 3's, but they also metabolize at a different rate as opposed to non-Japanese (western people lol) I dunno how else to categorize it.
If blood thinning is an issue consider backing off the dose, or add in some natural sugar subs, (fresh fruit, fruit juices etc).
