Project X (hrt)

I cant believe the size of his girls, and the large puffy nips. You expect to see that on ones that are just starting out.

I try to do my own looking around, although I do not have the knowledge base that you and some others have, so I have trouble interpreting much of what I read. I would like to try vitex and maybe palmitic acid, but just want to know a little more about any associated risks first.

No problem, anytime.

I've got some more info on vitex, the biggest thing I found out is that it has testosterone in it. How much I don't know yet, I suppose that's why body builders find it attractive. So, I still need to find out more info, even though it's great at ER-a for binding its hard to tell atm on how much T is deliverd. In any event, palmitic acid seems like a logical choice to have in an NBE program the way it interacts with ER-a. This is a new find, I'm not sure anybody has put PA together with ER-a and said hmmm, let's grow some boobies. However, palmitic acid is in our daily life's it's not even silly, so I don't think this knowledge is something new in that regard. Rolleyes

Spanky, you've posted some great finds, don't sell yourself short. Wink I'm always impressed by what you share, feel free to bounce those ideas, I'd certainly appreciate it. Big Grin

Is she a meat eater? I don't think I asked. IF not and the weight is the only difference maybe we JUST need to get weightier? I don't know if I told you a girlfriend who a few years back was very slim like me and she had no boobs, less than me (in her late 20's) and then she just started gaining weight, id say a few kgs more than us, enough to have say put her in a size s-m or 10-12 and the difference is she really popped out some boobies, more than enough to look good on her frame going from smaller than me! :s

She has a good figure, but she is bigger than me, that's right. I think she is 1.72 m tall and weighs around 65-68 kg or so. She has nice curves. Big Grin I did weigh the same for a short period of time when I stopped doing high performance sport many years ago but my boobs were still small and I really felt bad with those extra kilos.

And no, she does not eat meat. Smile

Ahhh, the measurements. Rolleyes I've always just measured the cup size, I don't wear bra so this just feels weird listing it, oh well.

Bust size 47.5 (48 if I exhale, lol)
Over bust 45
Under bust 44.5
Band size 42.5
According to measurement guides it tell me it's a D to DD.

Btw, the new program isn't new, I've been doing it for 3-4 months, it's new in the regards I haven't listed one in ages. But, I'm not interested in growing anymore, it's more about being healthy, but the side effect of the program has been more growth lol. I haven't used PM in a long time, in December I tried a new PM brand, I think I used like 4-5 capsules and decided I didn't need it. Omega's, (healthy fats), drinks, fruits, veggies, and massage has been the program.

Oops, I accidently deleted the pic. BlushRolleyes (honest) I'll try to post another soon.

The plan has been this.

Omega 3-6-9 (1 capsule 2-3x daily)
Coconut oil 1-2 tablespoons daily
Green tea extract 1 capsule 1x daily
1/4 cup chopped walnuts daily
Cucumber water-1/4 cup 8oz water (blender) optional 1/4 chopped apples (2x daily)
Chia seeds 1-2 servings daily (omega 3)

Tis true Pom. At the VERY least I need to stop drinking pesticide laden supermarket coffee and get the organic kind again. Just haven't gotten around to it.

Now, we only buy organic coffee, and most of our foods are organic. Over the weekend I had organic Sumatra, with fine European cookies (all natural). When I ground those coffee beans the aroma was amazing!!! But since weekend I have not had any coffee, opposite of my wife-she drinks it everyday, and she loves it. She calls it happy juice. Smile

That's very noice of you, Lotus. I will keep at it. You may have already posted the information, but I understand that chocolate is a good source of palmitic acid.

Oh, the suffering we must accept on this quest! Big Grin

Wow, that "is" impressive MB, the only thing I would change is vitex. You can fact check this on me MB, but from what I've found is that male vegans tend to have higher T levels but overall lower incidence of BPH, which is good news. But I'd say pic another source, possibly RC. Just my opinion though.
