yep, agree its the patience that is the hardest thing about all this! LOL
1000mg morning and again evening is my standard dose, but as I said I vary that going up to 3000mg and down to 1000mg total per day. Chrissie was/is on 3000mg a day with no bad effects, but on a regular basis that's too much for me. You have to experiment to find how it works for you, but by experimen,t I mean try it for at least 2 or 3 weeks, not 2 or 3 days.
Whether you want to take 1500mg twice a day or 1000mg three times a day is again up to you. I tried the three times a day but found that doesn't fit my routine easily so I went back to twice. If you do want to take it 3 times a day I'd suggest that you need to spread it as close to even throughout the day as you can, whatever that is for you, with a bias towards bedtime if you can't mange even 8 hour gaps.
The question of SP is also up for debate, I take it regularly but some others take it periodically and some simply don't use it and have still grown nicely, so again, it's up to you.
