hello, I am taking PM and it is doing an amazing job with no erectile issues. I feel like I can do more to speed up the process a bit. Ny ideas on what else I can be doing?

Practice being patient. Unfortunately it takes time and your body goes at the speed it goes. There is no 'accelerator pedal' you can stamp on.
