Recently i have begun wearing bras more often as part of daily wear, im really masculine so i cant really present as female, but ive grown rather acustomed to having the extra support, and genuinely enjoy the feeling of wearing one daily, (almost like you are getting a constant hug) the problem is i have a realitively active job that puts me in precarious positions, and have to wear a uniform that consists of a polo shirt, its a solid blue color, my concern is at least for now, that people might be able to see the outline of my bra, the hooks and clasps through the shirt. 
Im sure eventually everyone comes to a point where they just dont care if people notice, and sadly im just not there yet.

Currently i wear a cami and a tighter tank top to layer away the possibility of a visible bra outline, and it has helped a bit but im not completely stealth. And i was wondering if anyone had any additional tips or tricks that they use that could be helpful?

Many sports bras offer great support and while they show through clothing Many can look like you are wearing a tank top under your uniform shirt. That's what I wear.

This is what I do and I've worn bras everywhere and in every situation because I need to.  There is a brand of bra called "Rhonda Shear Invisible Body Bras."   You can get them on Ebay or Amazon.  They're not expensive.  They have no fasteners and wide flat straps.  They are truly invisible and unless you wear a really contrasting color (compared to the shirt or blouse you're wearing) they cannot be seen.  If you wear a polo shirt as part of your uniform I guarantee nobody will notice if you keep at least one button on the collar fastened.  .  Even if you don't, if it's a white or black bra it will just look like an undershirt.  
    I wear Rhonda's regularly.  They have removable cups for handwashing.  I have 44C breasts and these bras help avoid unwanted jiggle and nipple pokies.  They're very comfortable and provide good support.  They're cheap enough to try so even if you find you don't like them (and I can't imagine that) you're not out a bunch of money.

Thank you everyone for your replys, most of the time im on my own, ocasionally i work with a coworker or go to a meeting with my peers, i have one coworker who already jokes with me about being a crossdresser, i dont think he actually knows anything npr has seen anything. but its a bit on the nose and i dont really feel like confirming it for him lol.

As for womens tops. I tend to have a longer torso, so traditional lenghs sadly dont work for me. Ive found a few companies cater toward taller gals and thats usually the route i have to go. The cami tops i have are the tunic tall cut from old navy.

I'm at the stage now where I like to wear a bra for support and layers, flannel shirts, and puffer vests can all help.

This is one of those funny threads, like come on guys, if you want to grow boobs, why so scared about someone noticing stuff? xD lol. 

Different bras also show differently, I've had some which were practically invisible under a loose fitting shirt, then some bounce right through quite easily. Avoiding snug fitting shirts helps a lot. Also the bras which have a clasp to make the straps attach together so with sleeveless shirts or tops the straps stay hidden. Another which might work would be strapless bra maybe. 

Bra should become unisex clothing to anyone who has boobs to carry around.

I'm normally not too worried, but there are events (for example, family get togethers) where I want to downplay them and avoid too many questions.

You could also try some sports bras or even a binder to flatten them out when needed. And don't worry about, peoples perception is strange and boobs can fly under the radar much further than is often thought. This keeps popping up here time and again, guys being worried about if they suddenly out of nowhere become so busty that people will notice, its not that simple, nor fast either and can be hidden quite well.  

And there's the prefect excuse of gynecomastia to explain it all away if needed.

I get it. Personally I’m at the point where I don’t care if someone notices I have boobs but I REALLY care if someone were to notice I’m wearing a bra. When I do wear a bra outside of home, I wear a plaid shirt with a tank layered under it. That has concealed the bra straps and clasp well.
