Thanks Smile
PM makes me feel weird and has stomach problems.
While BO has none of that and has given me better results.
When I have to choose, I choose the one that has fewer side effects and on the other hand, has benefits Smile

Thanks Smile
I don't plan on getting tested right now, but we'll see if that's the case in the future.
And I don't plan on transitioning either.
Also, this intersex thing is hanging in the air and I have to admit that I like the suspicion that I was born with female appendages and that's why I'm afraid of disappointment if the test shows otherwise Big Grin

I was taking PM, RC, etc and was getting good results -started to bud after about 4months  and  then the  it hit me with the stomach cramps. Stooped taking everything and just took PM and after a few days stomach cramps. What brand BO are you using? I pump regularly which has helped in nipple size and areola getting larger.

@Ninja when I first went on PM therapy which lasted about 5 months, I didn't experience any side effects or difficulties, only later with the next PM therapies I used to feel stomach pain, nausea and it wasn't very pleasant. The desire for NBE somehow influenced me to continue with PM. But then I switched to BO and then I felt much better, and the results regarding feminization were somewhat more intense than with PM.
I use this Swanson, Ovarian Glandular, 250 mg, 60 Capsules

Hello everyone Smile

Just a quick update. I already wrote that I had some leftover fenugreek, and since it was still within its not expiration date, I decided to use it up. I used it right at the beginning of my NBE, then soon switched to PM, and after some time, to BO. I assumed fenugreek wouldn’t have any effect on my NBE, but I still wanted to use up the leftover supply. It wasn’t much — just enough for barely two months of treatment. In the end, though, it actually brought some gains. During the two months of fenugreek therapy, my breasts grew by 5 mm. It might not seem like much, but I consider every millimeter a worthwhile gain Smile My bust now measures 113.5 cm, and underbust is 95 cm. According to most bra size charts, that corresponds to size 95D. However, my breasts grow more in width than in projection. So a smaller cup size than the measurements suggest would probably suit me better.

At the moment, I’m not on any therapy. I’m feeling quite torn. Part of me wants to go back to BO, and another part wants to try HRT. I don’t have any issues with feminization. I’m not planning to transition, but on the other hand, I’ve never felt like a complete man either. Regarding HRT — I wouldn’t get it through my family doctor because I don’t want it recorded in my medical file. For context, my father and I share the same GP. If anyone knows a site where I could get it, feel free to private message me. And if I do decide to go on HRT, I will absolutely monitor my health regularly — that means regular bloodwork and hormone testing.

These are my photos. There’s even a comparison of the pre-NBE state and the current one. All these gains are the result of phytoestrogens.

Thanks Ninja for the comment.

I don't hide my breasts at all Big Grin
Of course, I don't highlight them.
Also, they develop more in width, so the perception under the shirt is much milder, so they don't attract attention.... for now. As for the future, then it will be the same for me as now, I won't care if anyone notices them.
What matters is my feeling Smile

Hi you have had amazing development it seems and definitely intersex traits have helped in that sense. I'd say why conform to one gender or other you could just go non binary and enjoy all traits you have. Like me you obvs have a very supportive and loving boyfriend that accepts and supports your development and that is great. Hope your doing well whatever you decide to do going forward. Just don't feel pressured to fully transition to female if you don't want too. You are just you and that makes you unique.

Thanks Smile Also, happy new year to you and all the members of this forum. I wish everyone health and successful achievement of their goals.
As for the update, it will be, but only in two months. I am not currently on any therapy so there are no major changes.

@Curvyguy
Thanks for the comment Smile
The very appearance of my body and some of my physical characteristics that do not fall into the male spectrum make me suspect that I am intersex. I ignored these phenomena until a few years ago and then I decided to investigate myself better. For now, it is all theory, but for confirmation I would need medical evidence to be sure that I am or maybe not.
I like that I can adapt to both genders to some extent. To some extent, because it is easier to do it when I am dressed, but when I take my clothes off, my body is very similar to a female body and that is the moment when almost everyone starts to perceive me as a woman. On the other hand, I do not want a complete transition, because I am happy with my characteristics. Also, if someone asked me if I wanted to be more feminine and have bigger breasts, my answer to both questions would be yes Smile
I neither show off nor hide my breasts in public. That's my thing and I don't mind the stares. In fact, I'm not bothered by my surroundings at all.
In public, I present myself as a man, I don't wear women's clothes in private. Clothes mean nothing to me personally and are not important to my identity. I have personally surrendered to my sense of fulfillment. There will be updates soon Smile
