wee2er, even with gynecomastia, my breasts were more feminine in shape. By taking PM, and later switching to BO, the breasts additionally took on a female shape. The body is also feminine. Maybe one day I'll switch to HRT, but for now I'll make the most of PM and BO. Maybe those two have already maxed out and I won't witness any more progress. In that case, I will consider HRT.

Strangers don't react, not even on the beach. This is generally psychological in nature, because the brain does not perceive breasts on a man. And if the eyes notice it, then they probably suspect that I have "problems" with hormones, or I was overweight, etc... Personally, I don't hide my breasts, but I don't emphasize them either. On the other hand, some of my clothes, such as slightly wider t-shirts or shirts, do not highlight my breasts too much. This red t-shirt has a slightly narrower cut, but it is still in my wardrobe and is often worn by me

After more than seven months, it's time to update my topic

Nothing much has changed in my life in the past 7 months. My life is mostly about home and work. I spend my free time hanging out with friends and my boyfriend. We often visit the theater and travel. Last fall we were in Dublin, and we celebrated the New Year in Mexico, Cancun. In June, we are scheduled to travel first to our base in Brussels, and then to Iceland. I am personally addicted to traveling. It's a kind of psychotherapy for me

As for my breasts, there are minimal changes. Since I had an older supply of PM, I decided to use it. The therapy lasted a little longer than 3 months. I took 3 capsules a day with the addition of RR. Growth occurred, but at this stage it is far from the spectacular growth that used to be at the very beginning of my journey to NBE. In 3 months, my breasts grew by only 1 cm. But, the goal was achieved, because my wish was to get to size D, so my breasts currently measure 95 D (42 D). Given that my breasts are spaced apart, the bra size that suits me is 90 C (40 C). In the picture below, I am wearing a 90 C bra and the bra is unwired. Apparently, for such a shape, a smaller size is recommended than the measuring tape measures. The right breast in that bra completely filled the cup, and the left breast has a smaller gap in the cup.
As for further plans regarding NBE, I probably won't stop here. I'm curious about what my limits are. And I'm not afraid of the size or that they will be noticeable. In about 3 months, I will probably be on BO therapy again. I would also try HRT, but unfortunately I don't see the possibility of such therapy, because I have a family doctor. And such therapy is only available with a prescription.

Almost two months ago, I stopped taking PM, and I think I won’t be going back to it. Once again, I experienced phases of pain and tingling in my chest. Recently, I measured myself, and a month after the last measurement, the tape showed a further growth of 5 mm. I didn’t expect that much additional growth after finishing the PM therapy.

While digging through my drawer, I came across a stash of fenugreek—two bottles, in fact! Since I don’t like throwing things away, especially if they haven’t expired, I decided I would use them up as well. After that, I’ll take a two-month break before starting BO again. I even considered transitioning to HRT, but I have a family doctor, and I wouldn’t want to go through her for that.

Regarding BO, I’ll need to order a new supply as soon as possible because customs duties between the EU and the US are on the horizon.

Now, a short anecdote. I accidentally met a doctor and told him about my situation. When he saw me, he couldn’t believe that my changes were solely due to phytoestrogens, as such body structure and breast growth would typically only be possible with HRT. Since I have never taken HRT, he advised me to undergo genetic analysis and an abdominal ultrasound. According to him, it’s possible that phytoestrogens triggered or accelerated my feminization, which may have been naturally predetermined by certain intersex factors. He also mentioned that such changes can occur in some people regardless of age.

He even noticed something I had never paid attention to: that I have developed tissue in the perineal area forming a split, resembling labia majora. Because of all this, he recommended that I undergo the mentioned tests. Honestly, I was a bit shocked because I don’t intend to transition, and outwardly, I still present as a man. But apparently, that’s not entirely the case when it comes to my body itself.

My breasts are wider apart rather than close together. Also, in the picture, I pushed my shoulders forward, so my chest looks smaller than when I bring my arms together.

PM makes me feel weird and has stomach problems. While BO has none of that and has given me better results. When I have to choose, I choose the one that has fewer side effects and on the other hand, has benefits

I don't plan on getting tested right now, but we'll see if that's the case in the future. And I don't plan on transitioning either. Also, this intersex thing is hanging in the air and I have to admit that I like the suspicion that I was born with female appendages and that's why I'm afraid of disappointment if the test shows otherwise
